Kazuha over Jean. C1 Neuvillette usually does well on its own with his own survivability and he can stack Furina's Ult fairly well(You can swap to healing Furina if needed) but if I were you, Just use Jean. Kazuha might be overkill so you can use him on other teams.
When Mona uses the burst, it applies an effect called "omen" on enemies for a time. Enemies under the effect take more damage. Good for a general support.
Her ult has omen which makes the enemies immobilized and buffs the damage of next character entering the field by 60% for 5sec best for burst dps like navia,hutao, childe etc
Because she can also do big damage with her skill,better than most DPS characters. She buffs the entire team simultaneously,and provides the highest amount of buff in this game (with the max fanfare stacks) She can also walk on water which helps in exploration.
18 second buff vs 5... It's also a lot bigger of a buff. 75% vs 60%... Also the fact Furina is a sub dps and healer if you want. There's a lot of things that make her significantly better than Mona. Furina is the best support/unit in the game Kazuha BARELY pulls ahead of Furina he he requires a swirl every 10 seconds, and doesn't buff Geo, Dendro, anemo or physical damage. This is coming from someone who has all 3. Furina is priority if you need a support, however Kazuha is pretty braindead to use since Furina needs slight set up... If you get C1 Furina you have a bigger buff than Kazuha and less healing requirements so there's that... If we compare Kazuha C2 and Furina C2 the difference between them is even bigger where Furina is miles above. That being said this game doesn't need you to do 100k damage per tick on Neuvillette, so choose what you want.... ... I use Neuvillette, Furina, Kazuha and Charlotte... Charlotte is enough to get 90% of the stacks and Neuvillette gets the rest even at C0 Furina... Heh

If u want to use Mona better to pick Kazuha for big numbers. You don't need Jean for healing on Mona team.
But still, Mona's buff will fall off after 5 seconds, and furina damage is also very high.

At least now you have guaranteed Arlechino or whoever you want to pull for in the future, and Mona is also a buffer which is good enough
