Alejandra is NOT Sombra(the hacker) don't worry many people think so but she's not

Pharah is half egyptian, half native canadian (or 'indian' if you will). You can see her spend time with her father in canda in one of the Overwatch comics (the christmas one, Reflections) and her part native canadian heritage is reflected in her Raindancer and Thunderbird skins. Besides, Pharah is allready an adult when Jack Morrison became the vigilante Soldier 76. As is Sombra, who became an orphan during the Omnic Crisis.
Ragnarok *sigh* Wall of text incoming, TL;DR at the end, so feel free to skip:
No, she isn't Alejandra from the Hero short. Sombra mentioning the bakery is just a nod to this short (and probably Blizzard poking fun at the fact that some people think she's the girl). Plus, she might very well be from Dorado or has at least spent a lot of time there during her time as a member of Los Muertos, so she might as well know the bakery. However, thw timeline proves definitly that Alejandra is very much not Sombra. Sombra became an orphan during the Omnic crisis. That's when Overwatch startet and back when Jack Morrison aka Soldier 76 was still a very very blond, very not-vigilante young man, soldier an soon to be Strike Commander of Overwatch. Him becoming Soldier 76 happened long after that (timeline isn't exactly clear on that yet, but it's somewhere around 25 years). And in this short, he allready IS the vigilante Soldier 76, - again roughly 20 to 25 years AFTER Sombra became an Orphan, whereas the girl Alejandra's mother is still very much alive during the events in this short. Last but not least, Sombra is around 30 now in-universe. And at this point in the timeline, after the recall of Overwatch agents, Soldier 76 has been active under that alias for at max five years. Alejandra in this short is in her early teens - well, her exact age isn't specified, of course, but judging from her mother's comments 'no longer a child, but nowhere near grown up' and the fact that she has a stil very child like body, again, i'd say she is in her very early teen. But let's be generous and say she is 15. Again, keep in mind, Soldier 76 has been active for at max 5 years. So even if the events in this short happened right after he started his career as vigilante, that still means that in the present day of the Overwatch universe, Alejandra wouldn't be older than 20. And again, Sombra is 30.
TL;DR: Timeline proves the girl can't be Sombra and that theory is about as stupid as the one that says that Mercy is an evil mastermind.

That girl can't be sombra (hacker) because sombra did not have a loving home and the ages would not line up on the timeline. Sombra would be an adult during the this time and not a child. Side note there is some motion comic books that blizzard has on overwatch
How could that be Sombra? She's 30 in the game. If that girl was her, Soldier would probably be dead by the time she reached that age

guys that's not sombra sombra (THE HACKER) is not connected to this girl and she IS connected with those gang members though and is working "with" widowmaker and reaper on her trailer this is just someone that lives in one of the maps in game

i think there were so much lore opportunities that could have happened and a much faster story build that could have made overwatch great.

I have a theory that the little girl in this animation for soldier 76 is sombra
Guys 3:59 of the girl was the hacker character that would make everyone in the game at least 18 years older cuz sombra is 30 and the girl looks at most 12, that'd mean soldier as everyone else would be way older
And ikr (about the movie part) they have a good story, setting and diverse set of characters and ethnicities

The ages in the game are legit retarded, Mercy is said to be at least 30s plus, Soldier was younger when he was in the Overwatch team with Tracer, Mercy and Ana and even Pharah at one point. So ages are inconsistent, I mean how could Solider 76 be looking like a grandpa while his friends still look young around their 20s?
The idea for sombra didn't come until way after this animation, and this is soldier 76's animation. Plus, sombre is part of talon, and it wouldn't make sense for soldier being a hero to inspire that girl to be a villain.
