Hi, I just made it. Hope it comes out great. I was just wondering about the quantity of bell peppers and pimentos together. I am used 3 big pimentos and opted to omit the bell peppers. I have coconut milk powder at home and will be using an entire 50 grams pack.
You shouldn’t touch the point of the leaf with your bare hands. Grease your figures with oil first then pinch. That will avoid your hands from itching you. The bush can cause that if you’re not accustomed to it. I learned this from my grandmother, this was after experiencing a serious itch as a child when cleaning it

When done you must removed the hot pepper and thyme stalks... these need not to be blended.. also any meat if added.. Replaced all after blending

It was the way I grew up cleaning it..sometimes if it's not cleaned it scratches the back of the throat,so I guess its personal preference.
