Hummers Rear Air Suspension Issue (fix is in the description)

ISSUE: 2005 Hummer H2 Rear Air Suspension Compressor will not stop running. Not sure why it's making that weird noise.
FIX: What I found was there was a crack in the right rear airbag so the compressor was trying to fill the right airbag. The left airbag was supporting the weight in the rear of the vehicle so it wouldn't squat all the way down. I found the crack the the right airbag when I removed it. The crack was kind of rolled into the airbag so it was hard to see. I replaced it with the cheapest coil springs I could find and it rides great. I unplugged all the connectors to the compressor to get the dash light to turn off. My next task is to figure out how to get the compressor to work so I can still fill up my tires!

hi friend ..I have the same issues sometimes with my hummer h2 but there is easy way to stop that nosing. .you can full some air by manual from other pump to your vehicle input and output valve so your sensors will give a signal to computer to stop pumping for adjust level .. so noise will stop ..I hope my idea can help you and help someone. .good luck

i had the same issue .. just change the relay .. you can check if the relay is the problem by knocking on it with any metal .. when you knock on it .. it will stop ..
So changing the relay will fix this issue ..

Yeah there was a crack in the air bag that you can't see. Replace both airbags and it should fix the issue!
