How to get a FREE Master Card - International card by Yandex Money without any Bank Account

- Hello everybody, on your request to make a new video about "How to get a Free International Credit Card / Debit Card", I have made yet another video showing you How to get a FREE MasterCard without any Bank Account (virtual debit card by Yandex Money) that can be used to make any online transaction or while shopping online. All you need is just the Yandex Money app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store or any other app store. You can also visit their website to register yourself. You don't need a bank account to operate this card and you can load money in this account using any debit/credit card from your friends or family members or your own if you have one. There is no annual maintenance charge and no transaction charges for this free Master Card.
I have shown you all the steps required to get this free Virtual MasterCard Debit Card in this video. With this virtual debit card, you will be able to make all kind of online transactions including shopping, recharge, bill payments etc. according to Yandex Money. Though I have not tested it personally but I have checked out the basic details in their website and watched a few reviews.
This card is an international debit card / prepaid card. So, international transactions should be possible with the Yandex Money card including shopping from international e-commerce / shopping portals like amazon, ebay, aliexpress etc. Yandex Money PayPal verification should also be possible with their virtual card.
There are no transaction charges and no Maintenance Charges. There might be a small maybe 1%) fee for loading money into the e-wallet. Check the details in their app / website. So, you will be able to transfer money online to other bank accounts for free without any transaction charges (once you complete full identity verification).

Does that mean to use the card you need an international card first? I mean to add koney to the virtual card you first need a card from which you can pay to add money to the wallet.
