Gigachad Doffy gamer knew who is going to win!
Good to see that my mate got far in this again. One of the most fun guys in the entire community.
Giorgos is my new hero. I've been waiting since op01 for Doffy to be finaly competitive and i'm currently playing him too.
He was competetive lol. In op 03 fabian (current european champion) made it tops with dofi aswell and i judged a feature match that had dofi in it in tops. If you have waited 01 you missed your timing about a year ago lol.
@@captainkeller2792 Doffy has never been a meta deck tho. I also did honorable scores in regionals with this deck in op03/op04, but it has always been very rogue.
Now the deck has the tools to top consistently.
I won my first local with Doffy after watching his other interview talking about matchups.
Played 2 B/Y Luffy in a row and it was easy, bottom decked search until you see perfume.
Then round 3 played R/P Law countered everything to stay high life and gravity blade to win.
Really enjoy the deck and will stick with it for a long time

Do you ideally go first or second with this deck? Since when you go first you mentioned, that when you play the Perona, you only have 4 cards in hand which makes it hard to defend in following turns. Also going second also benefit from playing Kaido one turn earlier. I play a list with Sanji, so going first is ideal for me. I really struggle with the Enel matchup tho. Is there any advice you can give? :) Congrats on being top 8!!
Ever first, the aggresion you can get from perona into jinbe weevil is crazy
where did you get those sleeves? also how did you square up against decks like enel, lucci what sort of hands were you looking for? :)
By no means a Top player and just going off my own experience but vs enel, pudding is your best friend and keep at 2 life until you get your big bodies on board (Kaido/Boa) while dodging Ace's rush ability. Lucci I am still trying to figure that out but its so far I just keep pressure on and trust in the heart of the cards (I lose more than win this matchup).
