Cantillon is a specific kind of beer called lambic, really sour and that can only be brewed around brussels because the fermentation is based on a air bactery only present there. Visiting the brewery is nice and include a tasting of 2 small beers, really sour but worth a try
I don't mind sours from time to time, but they are deffo not my favourites. Always on the porters or IPA's :) appreciate the info on the type of beer and the name though... maybe thats why they weren't my best haha
@@gazwrighttravel then you should try the tap house of brasserie de la senne, near tour&taxi ( the old custom area of the port of Brussel, which is a magnificent building), they specialized in season beers, so bitter dry beers with average alcool level, between 5 and 6 degree And for IPA, ypu should have crossed the street of cantillon brewery and go to l'ermitage As bar, I'm also not a big fan of delirium, except really late in the night. I prefere to go to poechenelekelder in front of manneken pis, price are lower, nicer to have a chat and they have around 200 beers. Otherwise, you can also come the first week-end of September, to the brussels beer week-end on the grand place
That’s great to hear and truest appreciated. If you have any questions please let me know and lots more good content on my channel. Check out my Vlog on Albania…
