    Thanks for sharing, Love. But, I honestly don't like it. A little small and the houses are too close together. No privacy. And not enough trees and flowers for me. I'm American, born and raised in Georgia. So, maybe that's why. I'm just not use to this style of housing. But, I wouldn't mind staying there during a trip or a visit. 💜

      Public transportation is relative depends on what you could be comfortable we have taxis and bodabodas(to bit the mad jam) digitally you can use uber or safe boda

    Ms Rachel I respect you,like your videos and presentations like always nevertheless some of the items you strive to promote in some of your videos especially like this one here based on UG standards are extremely overpriced Those are American prices but UG is not America. The Dollar value in UG is higher and I believe I can construct the same unit in UG for a quarter fraction price of that valued price tag number you are suggesting for purchase

    • @RachaelNalumu
      @RachaelNalumu  3 года назад +2

      Hello ! Thank you for watching! And I need to go to these major cities to America people are talking about with cheap housing that looks like this because I can never seem to find these places haha.
      But before constructing the unit, you have to buy the land. That in itself is pricey here. Then building material that’s taxed. A lot of people are buying land and building here within Kampala , but not quite as inexpensively as people who live abroad assume it will be.

    • @millynewson91
      @millynewson91 3 года назад +1

      @@RachaelNalumu I too was shocked by the price. Depending on where you live in the US it is much cheaper with more land. This complex seemed more like lower income housing. the fence that divides the property is an eyesore. Thanks for the tour! I look forward to more videos.

      This is not even middle class in Uanda. Middle class depending on the country's income not the world's. but this is definitely very expensive and targets mainly people that make actual dollars not shillings
