Loving this channel, the content is great. You are really Good at scouting real estate. Thanks for the all the information, its helping me a great deal as an architect trying to break through in the Ugandan market
I love you Rachael I’m building in Uganda but I get most of the concepts from your videos can’t thank you enough
This makes me so happy to read! Good luck with your build 😊
Am a UGANDAN but didn't know we had such beautiful places in Kampala, can't wait to buy or build my family home
Right ?! The africa they never show you. Definitely can’t wait to build a home too! And invest in many ☺️
Now have great Ugandan content creators
Awww thank you! We’re out here bringing you all quality ☺️
Love these houses
Right ?! The last villa was everything 😍

@@RachaelNalumu id also love a review of the pearl marina estates. If would Pease 😌
@@teresajulianjordanah5678 Ouu they’re gorgeous. I was going to until I heard the 5 bedroom villas were sold out & I reaaally wanted to film those 😂. I’ll look again though
Suggestion for ya. invest in a Bluetooth microphone to avoid those echoes while inside buildings. Would also give your videos a more pro feel.
Onyilila mwana gwe so beautiful i will buy that mansion for you definitely
Hahaha please do 🤣
Agayaye
Very beautiful development. I feel like they are somehow overpriced. And very rigid payment options.
Yes, payment options definitely need to go through the bank and get a mortgage if cash isn't an option upfront.
How much did the largest houses cost?
This developer is not serious. $360k and you have chain link all over the place 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Not worth 360,000 the why do all of their kitchen look the same so underrated
I love love love your channel but where are these builders getting their prices from? I live in a 6 bedroom home 4500 sqft right here in America. I get garbage pickup, reliable water, paved roads, reliable power and if I call the police they won’t ask me for money. I paid 345k for my home. I wanna move to Africa but I don’t wanna be robbed by overpricing either.
Africans for the most part buy land and build their own houses for much cheaper. You are the target for these kinds of houses. That price is ridiculous, It's not justifiable.
@@ziwer1 Same here in America I live in a 4 bedroom ,2 car garage , huge lawn in front and huge land at the back . In a well maintained development with one of the best school systems. A neighbor hood is more than just a house .Its the parks , shopping centers, restaurants , library , fire station ,.I dont get the pricing in a country where the average person earns about $100-200/month, and there are no mortgages .Where do people get the cash to buy these houses ?I make a pretty good income ,but where /how could I come up with $375,000 in two years?
@@josephbrown1573 Nowhere. It's meant to rip off rich immigrants from the west.
$100-200/month avg person? that's among salaried workers which is like 20% of the population. It's much lower for the rest.
I personally find prices for properties in Uganda are over rated. Doesn't match the expected standard given wages of the locals, except if meant for another group of people.
Hey! I definitely can’t say specifically how they chose their pricing because I’m not sure but I do know with the taxes in Uganda and building materials, that may play a part? Taxes really rob us here 😩
In Canada we live in a 3000 sqft house, about 35 min from Toronto (4.5mil population), in a town with 80,000 people. We have great roads, schools, reliable power as well, garbage pickup etc as well. Our houses range around $1,000,000 ($765,000 USD approx).
I love real estate so I keep up with a lot of major cities and surrounding areas and found a similar pattern. Although $345,000 is a lot for many, it’s waaaay cheaper than a lot of major cities and surrounding towns so I really like to highlight to those that there are more options in Africa at a fraction of the prices we pay for similar proximity and convenience (like Kampala) in Africa.
Do they have a payment plan?
I believe they do. Contact them, they are super informative!
😍😍😍😍🇺🇬🇺🇬
Royal Palms should have done more research.

I love ur channel but those prices r pretty high would rather buy land n build maself a home.
Definitely do that! Great option for space and creativity. It would be hella far out though.
Are homes still available
I believe they are
I'm sorry you too beautiful for me to concentrate on the message but great content.✊🏿❤😂
Hahaha why thank you ! ☺️😂
