It's a beautiful and nice house, but the house is sitting too far back on the plot. It should have been moved forward to create gardens also at the back. The facade of the house is nice, the compund is beautifully landscapped althouth it can do with a little but more greenery. One thing that still baffles me in most African house designs is the concept of walking straight into the living room or kitchen from the main entrance. That design concept is old. The main entrance of the house should welcome you into a nice hallway, nucelt decorated with plants and artworks, before ushering you into an open living area filled with natural lights and open space. The open plan layout is the modern-day design that brings the outdoors indoors and flows from one space to another, creating an ambience of freedom, tranquillity, and positive vibes.
@simsimma7052 I don't know who wrote that rule that the backyard is far only cats and dogs. People just leave a 3 feet wide corridor at the back, yet that's the space ideal for family relaxation. As an architect, I do my best about it. Good thing people appreciate a spacious backyard.
ONE thing I have an issue with African builds it that the builders do not put the laundry room inside the houses or they put them in the kitchens and MOST bathrooms are not done well either they put the hot water heaters (boilers) inside the bathrooms and kitchens.
The majority hand wash clothes. Even if you have a washing machine, everyone dries their clothes under the sun on clothes lines. Plus Africans do must stuff outside. Cooking, relaxing, washing, chatting. We enter the house if it’s raining or night time.
The land could have been enough to Carter for a backyard garden. _master bedroom should have a walk in closet (my opinion) Thank you for your videos🥰🥰 _kitchen cabinets looking like closets😭 -No greening _Too many doors🤡my bad _that drive way could have been a great garden _the living area location is so usual. We need to get out of this comfort zone
We all have different perspectives. So people who can't afford will see this as expensive, people who can afford it will see it as affordable/cheap. But the house is priced correctly and it is negotiable as well.
I am very intrested but the price doesn't fit in the picture. The kitchen have to be changed out, we need to be shown water tanks if they're there, electricity sognets in all rooms, wayer in the tags, .
You should say something about the neighborhood and the area around the neighborhood whether it is safe, or there are attraction areas, like a lake or amusement park.
Why Ugandans architect can’t plan a kitchen which works, a kitchen is not a running court, let them go in hotel ask a professional cook he tells them how design a kitchen 🤥🤥🤥 same for bathrooms they have no idea of a functional bathroom Design !! Sorry to waste all money, better spend on real windows and Solarpower😉
187, 000 USD is a joke because if you were in America those bathrooms would never allow you to sell with the bad design of the bathrooms. Key to sell or rent to United States residents....Nice Plush Bathrooms. Note: No washer and drier in the bathroom either.
For the low price of $185K for that larger home, you have a ton for any renovations. The kitchen isn’t outdated, the cabinets are not to your liking. The closets are reach in, I’m sure you prefer walk ins. That’s not outdated, but a choice preference.
It is a nice house, but i have some comments about the design. Nowadays when you build a house you have to take into consideration that a house must also be accessible for people with physical disabilities. That means the doors are too small and no way for you to enter this house if you are in a wheelchair. There is too much stone on the compounds. I would prefer less stone and more space for gardening. Why is everything in the bathroom tiled if there is space for a bathtub? If you want to sell the house with everything already built then you should place the bathtub as well or leave everything out and let the new owner decide. The ceiling is high and I like it, but I would prefer wider and higher doors as well. That would harmonize better with the high ceiling. I noticed that when you opened the door of the bathroom, it could not open completely because the sink was behind it. That is a bad design. Last but not least I don't like the kitchen. The house design Is modern but the kitchen looked like the 1960s. That is not my style. The fence is beautiful though.

Excellent comment!
From the Netherlands: I do not want to be rude or sexist, but your BEAUTY STRUCK ME LIKE A THUNDERBOLT!! My sincerest compliments.
Wow I love high ceilings
Driver way drove me crazy!!!! If I had that obscene money, today would be the day for shifting. I love your presentation style.
Beautiful! 😍

Yes that’s the correct way to build. The europeans build the same way
Agreed. The bathroom looks below standard for a house of that quality.
If I am buying the house, I will redo all the bathrooms

I agree 💯
The fittings are so good but the rooms are quite small
Great. I like the compound & parking spaces.

The interior is dull. The colours are dull
Nice home
Wonderful exhibition. How about storied. That's my preference.

Good but very expensive
Expensive? That huge home for $185,000. That is absolutely cheap. I can only dream of something like that in the US.

The laundry area tiling is a bad idea, should have been cautious about safety. Us
Good finishing but poor layout. Such a house needs a foyer and pantry
WOWWWW
Very beautiful home. Madam what's 20 decimals in acreage terms, or in metres plse?
Are non-Ugandans allowed to purchase property in Uganda?
ah you guys don't believe in big yards, big green spaces?
excellent house.
How can I get this house plan...thanx
$185000, you can buy a great house in the USA with all the amenities you need. the road to the house is murram
Very nice dear but how much to buy
Because in most areas they come steal your heater outside
Acreage pls ?Where is it situated ?
Wow....❤❤❤,i wish am a rich 😢😢

Guys this is a beautiful house but your kitchen is very very very very outdated…. Not worth for the design of the house and the closets so outdated😮

The bathroom is also outdated no effort, I agree the kitchen is fake and the wardrobes .. low budget inside but looks good on the outside
@@stonedog23nice try but the kitchen is very outdated. If this was 1990 I would just say it’s not to my taste 😂
How much 😊
Where is the air-con?
I think no aircon because the ceiling to high attract more air to cool place
Ugandans rarely use aircon. But if the buyer requests for it, then it can be added.
On how much with the land title
Further details can be discussed via phone.
❤❤But this same house was advertised at 450 millions how come now at 700 millions ohhh
You’re obviously confusing houses with each other.
Hope it was taken. Too expensive though.
كم السعر بالدولار
Do you have 2 to 3 bedroom houses?
3 bedrooms, Yes.
2 bedrooms usually come as an apartment
Is it taken already? i would like to buy it please.

No sewer systems and water has to be pumped in monthly or weekly into a water tank. No thank you!
Admit that you are not in the know of the size of the land that house is seated on.
Are these houses built by Ugandans or foreigners ? 🤷.
The master suite is outdated 😏
Right so true
How much is that in USD? Very nice house
$185,000
Good price@@RaeKembabazi
Woow but why is real estate that expensive in Africa?Considering the less infrastructures, employment etc.

People. Uganda ... beautiful nature... and U sell a place full of concrete 😒

Sorry but looks like i am going to buy a personal prison...solid bars all over the windows !!! 185000 $ for that???
I am looking for a one bedroom apartment, a living room and a toilet for monthly rental located near Mulago hospital costing 262,500 Ugandan Schelling

This is somehow a waste of material through unused space and feels very ergonomically imbalanced
