- In this video we will see how to make Mushroom gravy in Tamil (kalan kulambu). This Mushroom curry / Mushroom masala restaurant style is an ideal side dish for chapathi / rice. Mushrooms have the ability to soak up the flavors from all the added seasonings. In this recipe the mushrooms are soft and juicy and have an interesting texture to them. Mushrooms are healthy and provide vitamins and micro nutrients and is very low in calories.

I made it today...really it was awesome. I usually see the method in all videos and follow the quantity as per my own.. but today I followed everything as same and it came out very well..
You can really go for it , I tried this out and it came really well just as chicken fry but really too tasty !!! Many think like ayyoo how to do will it be really good (confused state ) but yeahh I tried it in telling you can 😊

Hi Steffi, As you said in your Q & A, I was buying Mushroom Masala from a restaurant and found it very small in quantity. I wanted to prepare in large quantity for my family too. While searching for a video, I came across your video and I prepared Mushroom Masala last night not a gravy type with less and it came out excellent.
