- Voice Over Demo Guide For Beginners
In this video, I share with you a guide on the 3 parts to your voice over demo.
1. Writing the scripts (different spots)
2. Acting (contrasting reads)
3. Production (background music and production)
I am also going to be adding these episodes to the podcast so that both my RUclips listeners and my podcast listeners can be updated regularly.

Very, very helpful video. I am just beginning the process of putting together my first voiceover demos and this helped A LOT!! Thank you so much 🙏
i've been working on my own demo and i've really been feeling like it's not good enough so this is some good help
You are a fabulous teacher. Thank you!!!
You are so welcome!
Great tips! I like a good summer project and this is it! ❤
My demo scripts were written by the person who produced my demo…that was a mistake because the spots don’t reflect ‘me’ - it has been an expensive and disappointing process and learning experience…my next demos I’ll definitely use scripts that I choose…..
If we add music, do we need to purchase licensing for a 30 second clip?
Hey great info. Thanks! Is that a RODE Procaster mic? How do you like it for your V.O. work?
Thank you. For my videos, I use the RE20
Where can I find scripts? Any that already come with background music?
I see a lot of back and forth in the community about using scripts from existing content rather than creating new scripts from scratch. What is your take on that?
I like scary voices 👻
Hi Anthony, from what I can hear, do you need a Google spreadsheet to put and organize those videos in? Did that before too😊
