I am trying to help my friend fix her Chromebook and I have to ask you what did you do /say after the point it says browsing as a guest? I have no idea about Chromebook so not sure what you meant in the next step to open the area with settings etc to click on exit as a guest. how did you get to that screen to click on it. Sorry if this is confusing, but I am really confused, but what to help my friend...thanks pat
Once you click on login as guest you just need to click on the bottom right hand corner and then click on the setting/menu button it should look like a wheel. Hope this helps and if it does please like and subscribe. That will help me a lot.
@@janiachannel2110 Oh I think I know what you mean now. So when the screen is locked, you see a Sign Out button on the bottom left hand corner. I don't think you can remove or disable this button.

@@zYoshino make sure you're the owner account when you enable guest browsing otherwise you will not see this option.

There should be an option "Let anyone add a person to Chrome checkbox". This should be disable.
Hii idk why but it is easy for someone to log off my acc they can just sign off my acc when it’s locked can you pls help 😢
You can remove guest browsing and just have your account
@@skopioeye I did but like when my computer locked beside where u can shut it down it says sign out so anybody can just sign out of my acc
