FBI and ATF In Daly City neighborhood following vehicle explosion

A vehicle exploded in Daly City's Westlake neighborhood on Wednesday morning, according to police. The doors and roof of the Toyota were blown out.

Propane tank leaked inside of a car, filled the car with propane, something managed to light it, the reflection off a mirror or a pendant made a hot spot, poof blue the doors open. There's not debris scattered around as if it was an ATF worthy explosion, cars near by show no damage at all. This was just someone stupidly leaving a propane tank in their car.
