I noticed the second one you posted about having a website. The Beatstars one is a good idea but what if we can't afford the pro version? Then what?? The limit is only 10 beats and on top of that they take a certain percentage from a beat sale :/
Ok then, i already did that. But i'm releasing and making 3-5 beats a week, the limit is 10 for me right now. So that's it?? It's obvious to get the pro page but what if people don't want to buy your beats cause most of them are pricks, then what??

Some people want it to pay their bills (phone, rent, food, etc.) theres really no specific amount. For me it's basically when you can make a sustainable amount per month & NOT have to work a 9-5. So I say add up your monthly bills & whatever that is, double that &that's the number I would shoot for.. I'm with Beatstars. Yeah I run paid ads. Its the best way to bring awareness to your brand, fast! Sometimes you may not sell beats, but it will help get the artists to your site to know the product is there!! Hope this helps my friend. 💯
Don’t get discouraged, the time is coming. 2 months is not enough time. In todays world that’s like 1 week of posting. Stay consistent, keep going, don’t stop. The sales come when the work ethic, determination and drive is strong!! 💪🏾
NEVER send trackouts if they didn’t buy exclusive rights, if you have an unlimited license then maybe, just maybe I would send trackouts (if requested) ..If you give someone the stems they then have control over your WHOLE beat, they can recreate it, they can do whatever. Start with the free account, they do take a percentage of your sales. But, it’s a start. & that’s what we have to do, START!
