Well said about making up your own mind for yourself. Women can become a huge distraction and if you get lost in it could cause making money harder when older. It can also work the other way around though, if you get the women stuff out the way when you're younger it wont be such a big deal when you're older and you can focus on other stuff.

Status is a very vague thing and it is contextual. A nightclub Bouncer or bar tender have more status in a club than most of the businessmen and doctors that come in. Women respond to certainty more than actual status. This can come with age but not necessarily.
It's good for men to be in control when young but also bare in mind most men who make money find it useless if they can't talk to women and attract them without it.
