Pat - congratulations on the success of your channel, but more importantly - the success of life in becoming a dad for the first time. Life will never be the same and you'll never wish it any other way. Congratulations to you & your wife. I appreciate all the help you gave me in 2021 with the gas water heater replacement and the whole house filtration system, softener and carbon filter. Your channel is hands down my favorite DIY channel on YT. Wishing you all the best in 2022 and cant wait to see the projects.

Great to hear you are doing well. Best advice I ever got was spend time with your kids when they are young. I spend drastically more time with my girls than any of the other dad's in the neighborhood. When they started primary, we went to parent teacher and they have to do these journals each day. The teacher looks at me and says, you know ... you are in almost all of these stories ... felt pretty good. Of course, other stuff has to slide ... my bathroom reno took week over a year to complete.

In terms of videos, I would do one on setting the bathtub and one on installing the shower wall. There really aren't many good ones on RUclips ... could be a home run in terms of views.

CONGRATS FOR THE BABY ON THE WAY!!!
Pat for your bathroom.. do you have enough room to put the toilet at the foot of the tub, switch the vanity to where the toilet currently is? Or is it too much of a pain.. Would be a shame to see the window in a shelving unit!
Looking forward to future content! If you need any fixtures or faucets... I know a guy :P

Thank you Brad! Good idea, but it would be really tight. I do want to come up with a way to maybe shrink, move, or relocate the window to keep some natural light. It's not 100% natural light though as it backs onto the living room and not outside. Lol, I'll keep that guy in mind. Cheers!
