In Thailand, many places allow video recording, and many Thai government agencies are happy to allow recording and will take you to film at that location. However, you must ask for permission first, and they will arrange for someone to serve you and take you to film, which may be a place that normal people cannot enter. Coordination is easy. Go to a Thai person or PR and ask them first. As for distributing food to children or the general public, if possible, you should ask for help from local Thai people so that it will be easier and there will be no mistakes. Siriraj Hospital is hugh and I am an out-patient there for over 20 years. Thanks for taking me back to the Old Siam! I grew up in that neighborhood but haven't been back there that often. As for vendors over at the Old Siam as well as other places, it all depends upon the business because they all rent the kiosks. If the business does not do well for whatever reasons, the vendors go. The management of the particular mall is in charge of finding new rentals for empty kiosks.

nah, it was clearly a success. i think it's OK to give to the adults even if they were taking it for themselves. i've volunteered at a soup kitchen in Kuala Lumpur before. you wouldn't believe how little some of the poor in the city get to eat. it was a very humbling experience.

It is the original food of the Mon ethnic group. And it was adapted into Thai palace food. The Mon are an ethnic group in Burma. They have been escaping war since ancient times. There was a concubine of the king who was Mon in the palace, so it is assumed that it started from there. Like general kings in Asia, the king will have many wives. Each concubine will have her own palace when she has a high position. In order to compete to be the king's favorite, each palace of the concubine often has its own recipes and cooking secrets. Therefore, each Thai palace food has different recipes. Khao chae is the same. It is not easy to find in Bangkok. Except for restaurants that guarantee that it is a real palace recipe. Of course, it is even harder to find if it is really delicious. According to the original culture, Khao chae can only be eaten in the summer. In addition to restaurants that guarantee recipes from the palace in Bangkok, there is only the famous Phetchaburi province. And eating this type of food also has steps. There are more complicated eating methods and sequences than usual because it is a palace food. But you can eat it normally because it is no longer a food that is only eaten in the palace.😊
