I prefer Grey Sister from Hyperdimension Neptunia: Sisters Vs. Sisters as Homura's opponent. She quite literally is written and designed to be an exact copy of Homura straight down to the backstory. The only difference between them being that Grey Sister is from a world that parodys the video game industry and her moveset reflects that.
