TRIFFLE with STRAWBERRY 🍓 Strawberry DESSERT in a glass ☆ No baking

Dessert in a glass (trifles) with strawberries, custard and cookies - dessert "Magnolia". A very tasty summer dessert with berries, without baking or gelatin. This option is popular in Turkey. Or maybe you have been to Turkey and tried it?
Ingredients for 7-8 servings:
- 1 liter of milk;
- 3 tbsp flour;
- 2 tbsp corn starch;
- 1 glass of sugar (150g);
- 1 egg yolk;
- 200g cream (33-35%);
- vanilla optional;
- 250-300g cookies;
- strawberry.
1. Prepare the custard. Pour milk into a saucepan, add flour, cornstarch, sugar (vanilla) and yolk. Mix everything and put on fire. Stir the mixture constantly and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and transfer to another bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, let cool, and then refrigerate.
2. Add cream to the cold custard and beat for about 5-6 minutes. You can whip the cream separately and then mix it with the custard and beat until smooth.
3. Cut off the tail of the strawberry and divide it in half. Grind the cookies in a blender until crumbly.
4. Pour 2 tablespoons of cookies into a glass, place strawberries around the edges and fill with cream. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cookies on top, level and decorate with strawberries and pistachios. Refrigerate the dessert for 4-5 hours. All is ready!
