    Seriously all I do is use coconut oil to take off my make up, use it in my hair too, wash my face and eat a clean plant based diet and my skin is almost perfect ! Use coconut oil around eyes too to act as a anti ageing oil ! Works wonders! Try and stick to natural ingredients guys

      +Jessie LC I just personally don't like using too many unnatural ingredients on my skin. If it needs to be tested on animals to make sure it's safe for our skin that doesn't seem right to me. Just my opinion.

      +Jessie LC i dont use make up or sunscreen or any of the other ish thats on the market and my skin is perfect. its so soft, no break outs, nothing. my sis who does use diff products always says she's jealous of my skin. society just wants u to believe u need all that stuff to be beautiful and i refuse to buy into it. I'd rather spend the money and time traveling and enjoying life then spending hours in front of a mirror trying to put a perfect fake face on.

      +picframe000 that's wonderful now!! I promise it will catch up! The point is to keep it that way! I'm not telling you that your skin won't be ok if you DONT do these. We are just trying to keep you perfect girl ;) haha

    Another beauty that a ton of people skip is to always have clean hands before washing their face & applying makeup. Also disinfect your powder makeup and brushes with rubbing alcohol. And wash those brushes ladies and gents !

    My esthetician asked me to NEVER use that tool to clean out my poors. she says if you do not know how to use it propery you can dig too far into the skin, therefore damaging it leaving marks, scars etc. She said if you must clean your pores out use a steamer for 20 minutes and then with two clean napkins around your index fingers gently press around the pore applying pressure from the sides. Never dig. I leave the deep pore cleaning to professionals :)

    A little tip for coconut oil treatment try to melt it in your hands or even on the stove, don't use the microwave! High quality coconut oil is produced by using low temperatures (also known as cold pressing) in order to preserve more of its natural phytonutrients. Microwaving that reduces the quality and therefore also reduces the benefits! :)

      @linette8948 8 лет назад +1

      Awesome tip girly thank you !

    • @Onafee1849

      why does microwaving redude the quality?

    • @ashleysgarcia
      @ashleysgarcia 8 лет назад

      yeah why

    • @haven9586
      @haven9586 8 лет назад +3

      +Onafee1849 a microwave can be too powerful to heat the oil and can break it down which takes away the nutrients in it. It's like eating empty calories basically. Also, and it may seem a little silly, the container the coconut oil is in will heat up much quicker than the oil itself which can make the container hard to handle. I hope I helped :)

    extra on the sunscreen thing: try to 1. use a separate sunscreen from your moisturizer - a lot of korean & japanese brands make amazing ones, most people like to use japanese biore sunscreens (you can get them easily off ebay & amazon + prime) and 2. use 1/4 teaspoon of sunscreen, even on days when it's overcast outside. sun protection is crucial for both health and anti aging, + sun damage can darken acne spots and dark marks and make them harder to fade. :)

    • @r0sevest
      @r0sevest 8 лет назад

      Riachi unfortunately it isn't enough, spf in moisturizers and makeup is so diluted that you'll have to pile on product to be able to get ample sun protection - like i said, 1/4 teaspoon is the recommended amount just for pure sunscreen, so imagine how much you'll have to apply to be able to get anything from your moisturizer. it's best to just go with a separate sunscreen altogether. :)

    These are definitely things everyone should be doing! One thing I would say is pat your under eye cream under your eyes with your ring finger instead of rubbing! Rubbing will pull at that sensitive, thin skin and take away from the effects of the cream. The cream also moves upward on its own because of the way it's made, so if you put it right above your cheek bones, it will work just fine! If it's a 360 cream, you can also put it on your eyebrow bone :)

      Angela Garutti I use coconut oil for everything. My body reacts so well to it.. I use it to help heal flesh wounds or scratches from my cats, I use it to lessen irritation to my gums (swish a little around in my mouth and spit out) I cook with it, I moisturise my skin and hair with it, I style my hair with it, I use it on my lips so they don't get dry in winter, I use it to stretch my ear piercings, I use it on fresh tattoos... It's wonderful stuff.

    If you have acne scars you SHOULD try aloe vera! Not on creams nor soaps, the very aloe plant. Rub it all over your face with some lemon in all of those dark spots (even if they're dark circles or any other part of your body which you want to clear up) it does WONDERS! Oh, and in the mornings I boost myself up by rubbing a cube of ice all over my face. I feel like this helped me with acne and also to have my skin more glowy and tight. Don't forget sunscreen nor exfoliation!

    Coconut is such a fad! Do not put it on your skin, it doesn't soak and clog your pores big time! You have acne prone skin, it is a sign to use oil free skin products, not pile them up and not allow skin to breathe.

    I tried to use those wipes more then once and using several brands.. Every time my skin burns and gets all red. x( I think I'm allergic, because I see so many girls rubbing those on their skins without pain. Have you heard of cases like mine? Do you have some recommendations?

    • @nafiamaliat5043
      @nafiamaliat5043 7 лет назад

      Leba Groppo instead of using those wipes use oils such as castor and Argan to remove your makeup and clean your face. It's a lot better especially as it helps to moisturize your skin. I use it and my skin hasn't felt so smooth, soft and beautiful before. and my acnes also gone

      I get that too! I absolutely can't use them, my skin gets red and I also get acne easier. I use cream makeup removers, which works great for me! But my favourite thing is to remove my makeup with is coconut oil. Really rub your face with it, and then wipe off with a makeup pad. Clean your face with preferred cleanser and voila, skin is soft and healthy. It sounds like it can make you break out, but it really doesn't. My skin is just rly glowy and feels amazing. I find argan oil to kind of sit on the skin in a different way, more like a serum than a moisturiser, so I'd recommend coconut, but it's totally up to you! Hope this helped a little!

    Dear Michelle, if you try to use a cleansing cream or cleansing milk it will be much better to your skin. Doesn't matter if you are oily or dry or sensitive. Use it with dry hands on dry face after removing eye makeups, massage thoroughly, then add a little bit of water, massage all over again until you see all the cream/milk turns to white liquids. Then rinse it all off. If you did it appropriately and right, you wouldnt feel oily or sticky. Use a gentle exfoliater 2-3 times a week is enough.. No one should over
    exfoliate as it can lead to rough skin textures to many people.... You get blackheads and blemishes because the cleansing is not actually deep enough for your skin, and that is what foaming cleansers do! They take away the oil and water on the surface of your skin, not deep in your pores. Also most makeup wipes have alcohol inside, and even some of them are organic, when you use them you keep pulling and dragging your skin, and again, it takes away what is on the very surface instead of the dirt deep in the pores. My skin got so much better and I never have blackheads and very very rarely have blemishes since I changed my cleansers and exfoliate gently twice a week... and I witnessed one of my male friend's skin, which had blackheads all over his nose, changed so much after he changed to a milk cleanser! His blackheads literally disappeared after 3 weeks! Seeing people only clean the surface of their skin, over exfoliate and then have problems with their skin really hurts me, because they could have done it easier and have that flawless skin... Of course I am not trying to tell you or anyone what you should do, just suggesting that maybe you could try it out or keep this as an option. If you are completely happy about what you are doing that is great keep going. Everyone should do what makes them happy and what they think works for them shouldn't we?

      fromfat tofit I use Avene's Clean-Ac cream, doesn't make you break out and your skin absorbs it and gets moisture. just use it like 15 min before make-up so your skin will have time to absorb

    • @Lessareve
      @Lessareve 7 лет назад +5

      Hey ! First, try to prioritize BB/CC cream or any form of tainted hydration cream rather than liquid foundation. This last prevents your skin from breathing, and with a very dry one, this is essential. Other option is terra cota powder foundation, though the coverage is lighter so it depends what you are looking for.
      In terms of moisturizer and care products, several pharmaceutical brands do a very good job in helping you with specific creams for very dry skin: Avene (

    • @Ash-kx4sv
      @Ash-kx4sv 7 лет назад +3

      fromfat tofit exfoliate, and I love love love rose hip seed oil, I had the same problem with the dry skin and I've only been using it for a few days so I can't say for sure if it breaks me out yet but just in the few days my dry skin is almost gone, and always moisturize after you wash your face and exfoliate, and again wash, exfoliate, and moisturize with rose hip oil before you put on your makeup and before you go to bed at the end of the day, and I recommend don't use a matte foundation if you use one because it tends to get caught on the on the skin more and make it look drier

      fromfat tofit have you tried tinted moisturizer? As young as you are without major blemishes you don't want to clog your youthful skin. Try a tinted moisturizer that has a good SPF for your complexion. A little eye liner then lip color and your natural beauty will be enhanced. Enhancing your natural beauty should be your purpose in make-up not to look like someone or something you're not. The young lady in the video looks good with or without her make-up but when she wears make-up you can still tell it's her; that is my point. I hope that is a start for you. I couldn't tell you which one would be best for you but there is so much info out there I'm sure you can find a hypoallergenic high SPF tinted moisturiser that works for you.
