- I have been driving a 1974 Porsche 911S on the streets of Tokyo. The lightness that I felt even on winding roads could be experienced as overwhelmingly light on the streets, and I really enjoyed driving it even if it was just stop-and-go. The narrow body of the car made it easy to drive in the narrow two lanes of the city center, and the sound of the engine from the rear was very pleasant, making me realize once again how wonderful the classic 911 is. The pop light yellow color compliments the car very well, and despite its small and compact size, it has a lot of presence, and its classic design will satisfy your desire for ownership, both inside and out. After all, the 911S made me realize that lightness is the key to a sports car, and it is the best.

Once you start driving your weekend Porsche, it instantly becomes your daily drive. That’s where the problem lies specially with older Porsches. I must say older Porsche are still very much reliable than other classic cars.
The Classic 911 is easier to ride than the latest 911, and its compact size makes it easy to handle. Once you get used to it, you won't want to drive another car.👍

This was a true daydriver (as like as most of Porsche cars).Not a wild beast as the former 2200/2400 S but sufficiently fast though, with really low fuel consumption and truck like reliability.

As a owner of Porsche 911 2.0 T, these cars are expensive to maintain.
Depends on what you are buying as a owner of 911SC it’s a classic with a reasonable price, you should always go for the ones with less mileage, they won’t give you much trouble.
Well you have to pay to play, trust me Porsches are worth every penny.
Certainly, I think that the running cost to maintain the best condition is necessary as it is. However, the classic 911 has the advantage of maintaining a high resale value as long as it is in good condition.

I think Germany was the best in the world for the high quality of industrial products. It may not be cost-effective, but it has many benefits for users.
I'm currently in search of a daily driver, specifically a classic air-cooled Porsche. After conducting some research, it seems that the 964 would be a great option, but unfortunately, it exceeds my budget. Similarly, the 911sc is also a bit too expensive for my liking. While I am aware that these air-cooled Porsches are likely beyond my price range, I would greatly appreciate hearing your thoughts as a Porsche expert.
The one I most recommend is the 911 Carrera from 1986 to 1988. I think a good 911 that has been regularly maintained is the best even if it has a lot of mileage. Before purchasing, take a test drive and check that there are no abnormal noises from the engine or transmission, that all electrical systems are working properly, that all meters are working normally, and that there have been no accidents. If you find a good specimen, it will likely sell for more than the purchase price even several years after you purchase it.👍

Realistically speaking, in order to get a classic 911 in good condition, you need to have a budget of over 60,000 USD. If it is a classic 911 in good condition, it will sell for more than the purchase price in a few years.

@@Charlie-pp4og Well, I would also suggest to try and pick up a classic 911 needing full restoration. Then you could start planning a ground up job to be carried on step by step,may be in the following months if not years but who cares... Whenever you would be giving up for whatever reason I guess that you should be able to resell it getting all your original investment back.
