Hey Eng. Thang, you are one of they few people out there pushing Inventor's dynamic Sim to the limit. Autodesk should seriously hire you and JD Mathers to update that part of Inventor. Have you ever done a pentograph mechanism before?

How to make such mechanism? i.imgur.com/FzyPHKx.png The opening door has big vibration forces when it's closed and small vibration forces when it's opened. The door must be opened and closed manually, without electric/pneumatic/hydraulic power source.

Use a spring pin and two stoppers for positioning the door
at its open and closed positions.
