These places super rock for the kiddies!!! :-D The "smile" on the child's face is what parents truly enjoy. It doesn't matter if it's a high polluting' swanky three ring circus, miniature backyard carnival, extravagant jump house with all the WORKS! It's all about the happiness of the child that counts! If the parents can achieve that happiness & joy by celebrating their child's (in this case- North West's) birthday at Chuck E. Cheeses...then so be it! ;-D No doubt, she'll have fond memories of all her birthdays, but, it does make you wonder what they are planning for the 13th (teenager), Sweet 16th...18th and 21st B-Days!
