In the Forbes list of best places to do business all social democracies rate way above the USA. As a matter of fact the international rating show the USA as 45th and the social democracies as the top 10. Not socialist. i would not want to live in a socialist country either. Universal health care paid through taxes cost less then 1/2 of what you pay and everyone is covered. Outcomes are far, far better as well. Such programs help the middle class not hurt them. We have more opportunities for businesses and when you add up all the taxes we actually pay, on average 15% less than you do. Don't do yourself a dis service. You are being told it is bad because the system favor the wealthy and they do not want anything to change their massive income inequality. it is a con job to not rock the boat so politicians and big money can keep filling their pockets at the expense of working families. Where I live housing is cheaper and incomes are higher, everybody gets health care. Here’s an idea. If a nominee doesn’t have everything the committee asked them to provide, the nomination is put on hold until they do provide it. No questions, no discussions, they just shut down confirmation hearings until it’s provided.
