I'm getting there, while listening to this now, my emotional resilience is captivating to me right now. Thank you for sharing your experience and wisdom sir.
Yesterday, after more than 30 years of what I've come to realise and finally accept was a selfish friendship, I have cut ties. This message of dignity and courage could not have appeared on my feed at a better, most needed time. Closing doors on all "fairweathers" as I walk through these current storms to wash away what no longer serves me and embracing the rainbows to come
I'm glad this message came at the right time for you. As Seneca said, 'Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end.' Ending a long, selfish friendship takes great courage and self-respect. By closing doors on those who no longer serve your well-being, you're making space for positive growth and new opportunities. Embrace the rainbows that follow the storms, and know that your journey towards a more authentic and fulfilling life is truly admirable.
Your decision to prioritize your own well-being and walk away from a one-sided friendship takes immense strength and courage. It's never easy, but as you said, closing those doors allows space for growth and positivity. Embracing the storms today means you're making room for the rainbows tomorrow. Wishing you peace and resilience on this new journey - you've got this.
I really went through this... I had h good friend... I always care for her now in the end i was ignored... I asked her her behavior is hurting me a lot.. she never botherd and care about it as i am hurting... I was literally crying hard when this video showed up.. thank you this will help and will decrease my pain and agony... I was feeling i worthless in this friendship..
I'm so sorry to hear about your painful experience. It's tough when someone you care for doesn't reciprocate. Remember, as Marcus Aurelius said, 'Reject your sense of injury and the injury itself disappears.' Your worth is not defined by how others treat you. You're strong for recognizing the hurt and seeking ways to heal. Focus on the people who truly value you and take care of your own well-being. You're deserving of genuine friendship and respect.
I'm sorry you're going through this, but remember your worth isn't defined by how others treat you. You deserve friendships that value and respect your feelings. Stay strong!
Thank you for sharing this insightful perspective. Marcus Aurelius taught us to view obstacles as opportunities for growth. Trusting that it always works out for our highest good reminds us to accept and learn from every experience, knowing it shapes our path to wisdom and virtue. ✨
I believe that embracing rejection as a tool for growth and resilience is a powerful mindset shift. Stoicism's emphasis on controlling what we can and practicing empathy resonates deeply. I'm inspired to reframe setbacks as opportunities and pivot towards success with renewed determination.
I smile and thank them for saving me the trouble of having to find out he's not worth the time. You can't be heartbroken if it never got anywhere from the beginning. I would rather be rejected and save my time on something worthless in the end, and spend that time on my quest for the one I am looking for. Peace and love brings happiness and prosperity ✨️ 😊
That's a wise perspective! Recognizing early on who isn't worth your time saves you from unnecessary heartache. As Epictetus said, 'It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.' Your approach of focusing on peace and love brings true happiness and prosperity. Keep smiling and staying true to your quest. Peace and love to you! ✨😊
@Stoicism.Everyday101 it's not that we have little time, but that we waste a big part of it in search for things unreachable or worthless. Thank you for your lovely reply to my sense of mind and your interest in it long enough to say so. Peace of mind ✨️ and peace within ✨️
I was rejected in women's football by our own FA so i took the rejection as an opportunity to serve my community by introducing a community girls football academy and i registered it with Blantyre City Council as a community based sporting organization. I started working with kids aged 7 - 13years. From 2019 to 2023 i worked tirelessly in silence but the players i groomed drew attention from the media. Right now my academy is being recognized as one of the best community academy
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt and empowering perspective. It's truly inspiring to see how your faith and confidence guide you through life's challenges. Recognizing your own worth and staying secure in your beliefs is a beautiful testament to your strength. I would love to hear more about how your faith has shaped your confidence and outlook on life. Are there specific experiences or teachings that have particularly influenced you? Additionally, how do you maintain this sense of security and love in the face of others' insecurities? Looking forward to hearing more about your journey!
A key thing is to meditate and not feel ashamed for who you are at your core. That meditation book called 30 Days to Overcome Guilt by Harper Daniels helped me to slow down and ponder.
I relish in rejection. It doesn’t scare me, in the contrary I expect it from humans. I understand human nature, so I love this. But at first I thought I was proud/superior, oh no.. it’s advisable to be this way!
Thanks.I believe maintaining one's dignity is important..if you are not needed or wanted..whether professionally or personally, quietly accept it..and move on..that's the only way I can cope with rejection..Thanks for your input..I find your advice useful and comforting.
Without knowing this 13 way. I was doing it in my past 2 months. Where I started to understand my feelings, thoughts and actions. It's may be hilarious but these 3 have a lot of differences. Thank you for reminding us the fact that we are far more important than others opinions. ❤❤
Have been doing it without knowing since Covid lockdown, now I feel empowered and motivated to keep going.. Finally realized that all my kindness wasn’t a transaction but a beautiful gift. Thank you 🎉.
This was my greatest fear, to be rejected. But, I learned that I have the power to move forward and the power to decide if I will stay on rock-bottom or I will rise again. Only I have the power to change my life and the power to anchor it.
Thank you for sharing your experience. 🌟 Facing the fear of rejection is incredibly challenging, but your realization is profound.🧘♂️✨ Understanding that you have the power to move forward and decide your path is a true testament to your inner strength. Whether you stay on rock bottom or rise again, the choice is yours alone. 💪🌿 Embrace this power to change your life and anchor it in resilience and determination. Your journey is inspiring, and I’m confident you will continue to grow and thrive. 🙏🚀

This video is a game changer! Turning rejection into an opportunity for growth is such a powerful mindset shift. Stoicism teaches us that our worth isn't defined by others, but by how we respond to challenges. Every 'no' is a step toward resilience and self-discovery. Thank you for these practical strategies - ready to embrace strength in adversity.
Thank you! I’m glad the message resonated with you. Stoicism really does offer a powerful mindset shift by helping us see challenges like rejection as opportunities for growth. It’s all about how we choose to respond. Every ‘no’ sharpens our resilience and brings us closer to inner strength. Keep embracing that mindset-it’s the path to true self-discovery. I appreciate your support and participation in this journey!
I'm glad to hear that listening to this content has helped you feel better. As Seneca said, 'Sometimes even to live is an act of courage.' Keep embracing Stoic wisdom and finding strength in its teachings. Thank you for your feedback!
Indeed, everyone perceives things differently based on their own experiences and perspectives. Stoicism teaches us to focus on what is within our control-our own judgments and actions. Understanding this helps us navigate disagreements and differing viewpoints with equanimity.
Strength in adversity! Maintain your worth! If others wish to love you, they will clearly do so! If not you will continue your path of virtue, understanding, and respect! Shining in self respect, self worth, and emotioal self sufficiency! Remember, authenticity is virtue focused in truely understanding, not unregulated spontaneous emotional reaction! 🙏☀️
No thank you! I am only reflecting your valuable lessons! I've watched many of your videos and am so grateful; they are my source for taking steps to embodiment of my best self. God bless you.
Hey, who needs thanks when you're on the path to embodying your best self, right? Reflect on those lessons and shine bright like a diamond! Keep up the awesome work!
You're absolutely right-embracing rejection and moving forward is a core teaching of Stoicism. Silence can indeed be powerful, especially in moments of rejection, as it allows us to reflect and maintain our inner calm. By not reacting impulsively, we keep control over our emotions and actions, which is the real strength. Thank you for sharing your insights, and for participating in this Stoic journey!
Strength in adversities, indeed. The stoic philosophy isnt new to me because the wise will exercise its methods and approaches to solving problems instinctively. I see this as a confirmation to what I already put into practice and it works.😊
Marcus Aurelius once said, 'The obstacle is the way,' and this video brilliantly showcases that philosophy with practical, real-world strategies. Turning indifference into a powerful statement of self-worth isn’t just about emotional resilience; it’s about embracing your intrinsic value. Curious to know, how have others practiced these stoic principles in daily challenges?
Strength in adversity. This can be applied to strategically. Idk how the maker of these videos came up with this but, it is absolutely incredible. How can so much wisdom be wrapped in such a short amount of time?
You’re absolutely right. Our time on Earth is limited, and it’s crucial to focus on what truly matters. As Marcus Aurelius said, “It never ceases to amaze me: we all love ourselves more than other people, but care more about their opinion than our own.” 🧘♂️✨ Rising above feelings of being ignored and understanding that it’s their problem, not ours, is a powerful mindset. By focusing on our own growth and values, we can lead a more fulfilling life. 🌟💪 Thank you for sharing this wise perspective! 🙏🌿
Most greatest few minutes of your life you will appreciate, you use these principles into your daily practices and you will come a long way thank you for your kindness words of wisdom.
Strength in adversity. I like how we can turn the rejection on to ourselves by feeling proud of who we are and the strength that lies inside of us whether we know it’s there or not.
Absolutely! Embracing rejection as a chance to reflect and recognize our inner strength can be incredibly empowering. It's often in these challenging moments that we discover resilience and courage we might not have known we possessed. Celebrating that inner strength and pride, even in the face of adversity, can be a transformative way to turn setbacks into growth opportunities.
These are powerful principles: Strength in Adversity, Self-Love, Self-Care, Self-Respect, and Self-Improvement. As Epictetus said, 'No man is free who is not master of himself.' Embrace these values to navigate life's challenges and grow stronger each day. Keep nurturing yourself and your inner strength.

It’s so hard to just “be calm” when you are completely pissed about being mistreated or blown off. Kudos to those of us trying.
It’s true, staying calm when mistreated is incredibly challenging. As Seneca said, 'We suffer more often in imagination than in reality.' Kudos to those striving for composure. Every effort to remain calm is a step toward mastering our emotions and gaining inner peace. Keep up the good work!

I'm getting there, while listening to this now, my emotional resilience is captivating to me right now. Thank you for sharing your experience and wisdom sir.
Strength + adversity = strong mindset! Love from Brazil
Your resilience shines through!
How has your journey through adversity shaped your mindset and perspective on life?

Running my own race. Doing my own thing. Ignore me, dont ignore me, i dont care.
Keep doing your thing, that's the spirit!
Excellent ❤
I used to believe remaining stoic was a way to shut down and deny emotions. Now I see it as a positive practice and relevant to us all.
Thank you for sharing your growth and insight on this. It's always inspiring to hear personal reflections like this.
@@Stoicism.Everyday101 Thank you for the kind words. This means alot for my healing.
I'm sorry you're going through this, but remember your worth isn't defined by how others treat you. You deserve friendships that value and respect your feelings. Stay strong!
"No man is free who is not master of himself." - Epictetus
It's very difficult, when a person ignores u. Thanks for the video.
Feeling better
rejection is protection rejection is direction
rejection is resurrection
it ALWAYS works out for my highest good
Thank you for sharing this insightful perspective. Marcus Aurelius taught us to view obstacles as opportunities for growth. Trusting that it always works out for our highest good reminds us to accept and learn from every experience, knowing it shapes our path to wisdom and virtue. ✨
Rejection is a bitter thing and it's not easy to overcome,
It only takes Gods Grace to forget and move ahead
Rejection can be tough, but with faith and perseverance, you can overcome it.

I believe that embracing rejection as a tool for growth and resilience is a powerful mindset shift. Stoicism's emphasis on controlling what we can and practicing empathy resonates deeply. I'm inspired to reframe setbacks as opportunities and pivot towards success with renewed determination.
It's truly empowering to view rejection as a stepping stone towards growth and resilience. Stay strong on your journey!
Peace of mind ✨️ and peace within ✨️
I needed this right now
Kindness isn’t a transaction.. Enough said! Thank you very much for explaining all my fears…
Thank you for watching and for your kind words! It means a lot to me.
I'm secure I'm confident I'm loved by Abba Father and I serve Abba Father. They are the ones with the problem of insecurities not me.
Its not about playing games. Its about regaining ur power and ur inner strength ❤
Embracing rejection can indeed be a powerful mindset to have in navigating life's challenges.
This narrator's voice and philosophy is incredibly Amazing Bravo 👏 Thumbs Up
Thanks.I believe maintaining one's dignity is important..if you are not needed or wanted..whether professionally or personally,
quietly accept it..and move on..that's the only way I can cope with rejection..Thanks for your input..I find your advice useful and comforting.
Thank you for your kind words, I truly appreciate it!
Without knowing this 13 way. I was doing it in my past 2 months. Where I started to understand my feelings, thoughts and actions. It's may be hilarious but these 3 have a lot of differences. Thank you for reminding us the fact that we are far more important than others opinions. ❤❤
Thank you for sharing your experience and for realizing the importance of valuing yourself over others' opinions. Keep growing!
Have been doing it without knowing since Covid lockdown, now I feel empowered and motivated to keep going.. Finally realized that all my kindness wasn’t a transaction but a beautiful gift. Thank you 🎉.
Looks like lockdown turned you into a kindness superhero! Keep using your powers for good.
Strength in adversity. The wisdom has changed my life positively
This was my greatest fear, to be rejected. But, I learned that I have the power to move forward and the power to decide if I will stay on rock-bottom or I will rise again. Only I have the power to change my life and the power to anchor it.
Thank you for sharing your experience. 🌟 Facing the fear of rejection is incredibly challenging, but your realization is profound.🧘♂️✨
Understanding that you have the power to move forward and decide your path is a true testament to your inner strength. Whether you stay on rock bottom or rise again, the choice is yours alone. 💪🌿
Embrace this power to change your life and anchor it in resilience and determination. Your journey is inspiring, and I’m confident you will continue to grow and thrive. 🙏🚀
Encourages focusing on personal growth and meaningful relationships, rather than seeking validation from those who overlook or reject you.
No one should dictate your self worth but you. Good words indeed and actions. Sometimes ignorance truly is bliss.
Ignorance might be bliss, but knowledge is power. Keep learning and growing!
❤thank u. This was very helpful. I currenty am suffering from over thinking causing insomnia. Was always to ask because of regection. My head is lighter with this sesson 😊
Stand tall and strong with dignity. Thank you for words of wisdom.
Always be ready to move on
So much better after listening to this
I'm glad to hear that listening to this content has helped you feel better. As Seneca said, 'Sometimes even to live is an act of courage.' Keep embracing Stoic wisdom and finding strength in its teachings. Thank you for your feedback!
Stay Stoic!!
The applicability of EVERYTHING in this video to my current life is fascinating ❤
You know these guys don't see that way ❤and they take everything personally❤
Indeed, everyone perceives things differently based on their own experiences and perspectives. Stoicism teaches us to focus on what is within our control-our own judgments and actions. Understanding this helps us navigate disagreements and differing viewpoints with equanimity.
Take rejection as not being ready, keep being good in every situation. I love stoicism🤩
Your words are truly inspiring, thank you for sharing such a powerful message!
Stoicism has thought me to embrace rejection and move on, And also remain silent which is Powerful when rejected
The Stoics would be proud of your instinctive problem-solving skills! Keep up the good work.
STRENGTH IN ADVERSITY
Marcus Aurelius once said, 'The obstacle is the way,' and this video brilliantly showcases that philosophy with practical, real-world strategies. Turning indifference into a powerful statement of self-worth isn’t just about emotional resilience; it’s about embracing your intrinsic value. Curious to know, how have others practiced these stoic principles in daily challenges?
This came at perfect timing tune in yall❤

Your appreciation means a lot to me. I strive to deliver valuable content in a concise manner.
We are not on the earth long enough to worry about whether people ignore us or not. We have to rise above those feelings it there problem not ours.
You’re absolutely right. Our time on Earth is limited, and it’s crucial to focus on what truly matters. As Marcus Aurelius said, “It never ceases to amaze me: we all love ourselves more than other people, but care more about their opinion than our own.” 🧘♂️✨
Rising above feelings of being ignored and understanding that it’s their problem, not ours, is a powerful mindset. By focusing on our own growth and values, we can lead a more fulfilling life. 🌟💪
Thank you for sharing this wise perspective! 🙏🌿

Rejection is a part of life.we all go through it, and nobody is immune to it.but to engage in behavior that others push onto you(energy vampires, negative)only makes you as much like them as they are.Do yourself, life's to damn short to care what others feel, think,or do to you.ignoring them will make you the winner. You can refocus your life not being rude and unkind.i believe some what in karma....I call it.......sowing seeds.ive seen the worst people never reap karma.sooooo yep life's to short.

Wow, I'm so glad I seen this message. I've been going through this right now also. He wanted a negative reaction from me. I told myself NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES, I'M JUST WALKING AWAY, QUIETLY. It was easy at first. But it's been 2 months. But I'm not chasing or being manipulative in any way. I'm over fighting for someone that has no appreciation or loyalty for me. I still love him, but at a distance. . . . ☮️
