The man has some strength of character. To do all that time and still get straight back into a successful life again not once but twice and manages to suppress any visible feelings of anger and frustration is an inspiration.

I dont think people realise how deep the corruption goes. Nothing surprises me and the injustices I've seen have completely ruined lives! This was a great interview James, keep it up!

Most off us came out in 2003, and I remember, a friend off mine invited us to a special night in his pub in Kingston just for Kevin,. Lots off supporters turned up trust me.. hse block 4...

I’ve never ever watched a podcast in its entirety but this is totally riveting!!! As I’m writing this my battery is dying but I’m definitely coming back to this. Kevin is almost preserved to the old way, the way he speaks, his attitude and morals. You don't see it anymore. Interesting chap and definitely one of the more interesting interviews.

I read about this man's story a few years ago. Unbelievable police corruption.
For what it's worth I believe him. Great mental fortitude to what would have broken many. Still looks on the bright side of life despite the inevitable bitterness.

I was living less than a kilometer from his house when he got nicked . The local faces were amazed because no one locally knew of him .
There must be a real karma in life because the one of the blokes that had the Cossie now lies in the cemetery just 500 metres from his old house . He did not end well .

The Great British public have no idea how dirty a game the police play in order to secure ( at all costs ) a conviction . The non disclosure of evidence that may harm the prosecution case is the greatest travesty of the British legal system .

I have been in a situation and cctv footage in the cell mysteriously disappeared. Only over a silly matter but still ended up in court. It wouldn’t have helped my case but it would have exposed some footage of me self harming “which I still have a hard time with”. Within a few weeks of that time another lad committed suicide and some other stuff with people that basically the coppers didn’t want people to find out cause they weren’t watching out for people. I just find it disgusting that they think they are held in the highest regard but then can just be like sorry. I must have hit delete instead of save and no consequence. And in Kevin’s case when you can come up with solid words they get swept aside cause heaven forbid that her majesty’s finest ever get things wrong.

I met this guy once in Chariots in London. We had a lovely dance.
Its ironic to think that this was Britain’s most dangerous man, who first went away for sorting out some thieves who threaten women and children. These are the sort of people who should be policing the community not banged up.

Never watched James's channel before, I watched the Dave Gunn interview yesterday followed by this one today. David and Kevin both seem so genuine and likeable, yeah sure there are victims, but can you honestly imagine either of these lads walking into a boozer and hitting somebody for no reason? The media portray these men as utter monsters in order to profit, James gives these lads a chance to put their personalities over and clear any media bullshit. 👏🏻

He's about one of the only guests on this channel that I can't decide if he was guilty or not. Something about him makes me think if u crossed him, your fkd.
That's irrelevant-( how dangerous a person appears)- the point is as to whether someone actually committed a crime or not no matter how dangerous someone may appear or be, it's the fact they've been fitted up for the crime means the police and prosecution aren't doing people any favours because the real culprit was not caught. Law is supposed to be on trial when we go to court but not egos.. They the people that are to enforce the law are failing everyone when they take the law into their own hands and distort it in their warped criminal minds ... The corruption within the institution is more guilty of conspiring to take an innocent life rather than whoever they fit up who is innocent of the actual crime... Just because someone's character is not innocent it doesn't mean that they can be justifiably stitched up for a crime they did not commit!... Where does that all end! Police and prosecution get promoted and pay rises for sending innocent people to jail they are sick

It’s a matter of opinion. Everyone has there own. If this guy has evidence that clears him then that evidence needs to be seen/shown no? Me personally I sway to the side of innocence purely because if he was guilty then why would he be trying so hard to get it overturned (still) even though he’s already done the time? One thing for sure is this guy speaks well and demands respect on his morals.

@@TheNotoriousGhost it casts complete doubt upon a case and there must not be a conviction where there is reasonable doubt only where there is BEYOND reasonable doubt should a conviction follow that's why it's called Conviction!.. They his the truth from the jury the main person on the case the policeman was not lawful... It's the law that's on trial and must be able to stand and it could not stand...

What I love about James, he gives us chance to listen those who would never be able to give they part of the story. It shows other side of the life and opens up some secrets about our social structure. But sometimes I'm like...there is two sides to it to ...what about those victims...

Absolute gentlemen is Kev. Was with him in Long Lartin for a while. I know as did we all that Kev is 100% innocent. The worst miscarriage of justice since the Guildford 4. But make no mistake Kev is no fool and you would not want to upset him. Staunch as they come and would give you his last tenner
