Also you forgot important point, doing proper research of location and other before selling franchise to someone. It is important because if store doesn't run then it will become headache for Chai sutta bar.
I think that's where McDonald's has the best trick.. They actually pick the location of the store, and the company owns the property and collect rent from the franchise owners. So, the company makes additional profits. The franchise owners never have to worry about landlords and increased rentals, and the company can actually support the franchise if they want to by giving discounts in rental, instead of paying out of there own pockets.
At the very least, I now grasp the concept of leverage. Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely.
The first step to wealth creation, is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance - either on your own or with the help of an investment advisor. If you can get the facts about savings and investing with a well detailed plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your income.
You’re correct! Working with an investment advisor who has worked in a solid financial firm for a long time, such as John will actually set you up for success in life. I'm delighted I was able to reach out to "John Desmond Heppolette" earlier this year because while others were grumbling about the downturn in the markets due to the state of the economy, I was busy learning from him and eventually made over seven figures in the first quarter alone, which is why it's always good to join the correct community.
That's great, your financial advisor must be really good, I have seen testimonies of people using the help of financial advisors in making them more financially stable. I just discovered his exceptional resume when I made a Googled search of his names. I consider it a blessing that I discover this comment area!
That is why I work with John Desmond Heppolette, who introduced me to a better Financial community, a verified agency where I learned how money works and how to create it, as well as free books, courses, and daily lectures. You also get to meet new people, which was the best decision I ever made.
Yeah for real, that guy is one asset manager that gives the breakdown of everything on how things are done, joining an effective financial community can be 100% beneficial when joined properly that's all I can say out of experience..

Just two question on my mind now. How is this model different from MBA Chaiwaala's model? Would CSB face same issues that MBA chaiwaala is rumored to have been facing with its franchises?
I dont know whether csb is profitable or not but for sure its commendable that without raising any money they have achieved that turnover and the difference which u were asking is firstly combos and the price of tea like they have a wide variety of teas and that too costs high and locations mba chaiwala chose ...mba chaiwala locations in places like delhi is running profitably but not in 2 tier cities whereas csb i think its clicking bcoz of its combos buy still it would have been great if think school had reavealed what are the net profits after tax of csb

This is all great !! But they really need to work minutely on each of their retail outlet. Maine dekhe hai kuch on ground pe, not all of them are best, also Gandhinagar, GJ me I saw one, was not it good condition and got closed after few months, no customers and all. So keep a quality benchmark they should inspect each store and do the required changes Love Anubhav ❤
lol 1 of thoes 19 closed stores was near my house , it wasn't shut down because of financial loss but the people living near CSB (Chat Sutta Bar) filed complaints against CSB because of the bad atmosphere that developed in the area due to Chai Sutta Bar , people were smoking in public area .
One more thing, people who are seeing this video don't think about taking outlet of CSB it could be promotional video also. if you want to start chai thella, open your shop and start, don't run behind frenchisey. Next MBA chaiwalla could be in making
16:40 Ganesh bhaiyya I didn't understand the point of increase in cost of real estate due to increase in footfall, and what is it(inc. in real estate cost) has to do with the increase in rentals, CSB have to pay high rentals right which will shake their unit economics, then how do they mitigate the risks of rental increase. Can you please explain??

I have huge respect for one thing of founders that ek simple chai se unhone acha dhanda bana dia. But yr business mein koi bhi aa sakta bas branding tagda karna padega and of course with the strong fundamentals.
In my area chai sutta bar is closed, Don't show promotional videos in the name of information
I am really happy to learn about their business strategy, commendable job done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I understand this is so logical and so genuine but really tell us whether they are paying you to show this positive side?
First time your post seems more an smart advertising than a educational post...
I loved the case study which is purely transparent and also understandable..
A very interesting case study. These combos end up being so vital to the whole business.
Thanks for back to business case studies.
So well explained and very informative Sir and we have understood every bit of it without any issue you have kept it simple and precise ❤👏
Thankyou for explanation and clean lesson of business and without showing or marketing, you hav marketed the brand of chai sutta bar … great marketing by think school…. I m sure dt der 495 stores become 600 stores after people watching this video… what a marketing bhai😂
A gem of Businessmen!
Really loved how you broke down every aspect of the business!
Sirrr respect
Feel proud of being indori after watching this video
Chai sutta bar is a great biz model nd a success story....one more thing grt step to promote their brand through ur channel while MBA has lost trust among ppl
Very useful video this! gives so much clarity on how these chai chains work. Thankyou thinkschool!
Please make video on TATA Elxsi business and how they operate on what sector it's focusing on , what it's actually doing, there is no info on internet about it, plzz make video
I like the idea of bootstrap company. My idea , My company, My Rules, Morals, My profit & My loss.
While some people only build a company to launch an IPO. If I build a company I will never do mass layoffs.
This is all great !! But they really need to work minutely on each of their retail outlet.
Maine dekhe hai kuch on ground pe, not all of them are best, also Gandhinagar, GJ me I saw one, was not it good condition and got closed after few months, no customers and all.
So keep a quality benchmark they should inspect each store and do the required changes
Love Anubhav ❤
This was one of my fav Think School case study keep up with the animation!!
Thanks for creating a business case study video after a very long time 😃
I was waiting, this is the really genuine guy
lol 1 of thoes 19 closed stores was near my house , it wasn't shut down because of financial loss but the people living near CSB (Chat Sutta Bar) filed complaints against CSB because of the bad atmosphere that developed in the area due to Chai Sutta Bar , people were smoking in public area .
Thank you for improving my knowledge of unit economics today through your video .😀
Daily attendance🎉. It been a while from listening such case study on business
This video will do better marketing than shark tank.
This will come to being a Scapegoat, eventually 😮
Reasonably speaking. Godspeed! ✨️ 🕉
One more thing, people who are seeing this video don't think about taking outlet of CSB it could be promotional video also. if you want to start chai thella, open your shop and start, don't run behind frenchisey. Next MBA chaiwalla could be in making
16:40
Ganesh bhaiyya I didn't understand the point of increase in cost of real estate due to increase in footfall, and what is it(inc. in real estate cost) has to do with the increase in rentals, CSB have to pay high rentals right which will shake their unit economics, then how do they mitigate the risks of rental increase. Can you please explain??
14:43 is where MBA chaiwala is lacking👌
