Thanks very much for your excellent video!! Your meticulous instruction and occasional tips eliminated my fear of disassembling and reassembling my Smith & Wesson 626 .357 Magnum and Smith & Wesson 629 .44 Magnum Revolvers. They do need a thorough cleaning every 500-1,000 rounds. Thanks again!!

Your wording of "the screw with the spring inside" saved me a trip to the gunsmith. My spring popped out while reassembling the yoke/cylinder assembly and I didn't know where it had come from. THANK YOU for the excellent video !!!

Very good detailed demonstration. I promise you make it look much easier than it is for me to do it. I actually got about 20% finished then had to call in the professional to finish the reassembly. Looks like more practice is necessary. To anyone out there thinking that they can do this on the first try I wish you all the best luck in the world.

I wish I had known about using a phillip screw driver to put in the rebound spring like you did. For years getting that spring back in has been hell for me. Thank you for showing me an easy way to do it with a common every day tool!

Thanks for this video. Mike Jack can you post a video of how to install the hand tension spring? Explain how it is positioned in the trigger and how to position the hand to get the spring installed correctly. A great number of people would greatly appreciate it!!!!

that was an awesome video my Smith and Wesson model 629 classic talo edition jammed really bad yesterday at the range with two live rounds in the cylinder. it was jammed so bad i couldn't open the cylinder. I called Smith and Wesson customer service and they told me that I can't send it to them with the live rounds in the cylinder. After watching your disassembly and reassembly video I was able not only to repair my gun but also determine that it was the ammo that jammed the gun thank you so very much
