Nine failed attempts to determine if the sample was positive? So, a new test was used and they assured that the new test was just as good as the old. What BS.
When the information keeps changing, such as first 1 banned drug then a steroid and then a cocktail of drugs, that's when you know for sure it was all a setup.
Still on legal basis as she is a minor, she cannot be held responsible for her actions, those guardian adults around her must be held accountable for all of that. IMO, this turned into bureaucratic corruption case, her team and the federation are protecting themselves and throwing Kamila under the buss.
Did the CAS determine with reasonable certainty that the minor was aware she was ingesting a banned substance? If not than as a protected person, she should not have been held accountable. The Decision of the CAS is terribly harsh and clearly political.
So we are supposed to believe you, who has no access to evidentiary matters, vs. CAS, whose had 2 years and authority to gather evidence? Bravo, I commend your omniscience.
@@jamesyu5212. The CAS made rulings during Beijing that said 1. Kamila could continue to participate in the competition. 2. Her teammates would not see the podium if she won. This remarkably short-sighted ruling contributed to the unbearable pressure cooker the 15-year-old was consigned to and she consequently imploded and nearly fainted. This strikes me as child abuse. Then when she skated off the ice she was met with derision by her coach. More child abuse. Her dream is dead but at least her teammates go to the podium. When the doping allegations broke, she was abandoned by her coaching staff and was left to face reporters alone... an incomprehensible abdication of stewardship on the world's biggest stage. Not long after the Olympics the powers that be put her in a program where she ostensibly was to relive the trauma of the Olympics. It was not a program it was theater. This is the one with the black hood. Her habitual smile was replaced with angst. An interview ensued where she was clearly shaken. The whole point of this debacle was to give Eteri an opportunity to give the young skater a warm embrace. In other words, the whole reason for its conception was to rehabilitate the image of the Russian coaches after the disaster in Beijing. More child abuse. Valieva was a very compliant child who lived in the Eteri bubble for many years. She did what she was told. No one believes it was anyone but the adults who conceived and implemented he administration of a banned substance. There is no evidence Kamila had any knowledge she was ingesting the drug along with whatever nutritional supplements the gave her. That they gave the drug to her at all and jeopardized the future of a child prodigy is more child abuse. The media presumed her guilty until proven innocent. More stressors. As a protected person did Kamila receive the benefit of the doubt? Did the CAS take into consideration the emotional harm she had already been subjected to. Did the CAS take into consideration the additional psychological harm that would be inflicted by their harsh punishment? Apparently not. It is clear Valieva's protected status was repeatedly shoved to the back burner when the protection of minors is universally accepted as a highest priority. If the CAS felt their hands were tied and were forced to implement this ruling they should be dismantled and rebuilt from the ground up with adults that take seriously the protection of minors, and yes, are capable of compassion. As the current state of affairs stand, I frankly don't know how they sleep at night. Everything is suspect. They have lost all credibility and frankly I don't give a damn if you believe me or not. Have a nice day.

New Strange details in the Case of figure skater Kamila Valieva
You mean new lies to justify her elimination for life.

No, no, no there was no new test. Athletes give two samples at the same time. It was the second sample they tested to confirm the first sample.

Seems like a very murky ,foggy case then solely focused, selective and then over the top punishment.

дисквалифицировать надо не Камилу,а тех кто усердно добивался чтоб Камилу дисквалифицировали.
Like Eteri and Schvetski?
That drug is not a PED. She wasn't doped.
