Rashi said Yitzchok married Rivka at 3 years old. Tosfos argues and said she was 14.. the clear verse in the torah was she was a young maiden. It does not say Nara meaning under 12 . That's why tossfos said she was 14.
She was tending to and watering camels before she met Isaac. I'm guessing that she wasn't 3 when she was doing that.

In Bereshit 22,verse 23 Abraham was informed that Rebecca WAS born! It doesn't say that she was born at the time when to Abraham was given the information about Rebecca' s birth! So Rebecca could have lived long before this information was given to Abraham! But because Jews are very accurate, a lot of the sages need a starting point to make commentaries or to elaborate on cases. So therefore the starting point technically would be that Rebecca was born at the time when this information was given to Abraham. But it has not to be true,it's a technical way ,as I mentioned,to start to elaborate on this case as we can see in the midrashim for example.
