However, I solved it by finding the numeric code for my group and replacing the group name with the numbers. > go on the mobile mode by replacing www with m > if you don't find the video you are looking for > then look for the group and within the group the video > change the group name with the group unique number This will work

Anyway to down a HIGHER quality version of video? What you have displayed is the lowest quality or smallest size for that video. Which is fine if it's just people talking, singing, or dancing ect. What about if you need a higher quality version? For example, say there's a video of a screen recording tutorial for software? Any feedback would help.

It is a well explained process but how do you get a HD version of the video when you know for sure 720p HD was streamed? Using a pc to download I am getting 640x360 frame which is very low quality. Any help? The various online apps are rubbish to me. They just don't cut it for private download. Facebook has to do something about giving Group Admins the ability to grant permission to members of groups to be able to download videos from their groups .....wont that make sense?

Just go ahead and search your private group through the search bar and locate your video.

When you enlarge it, it usually gets better with the full screen. See if that helps.

If you are using chrome on pc or laptop, Search DYL Download Facebook Video, install it and you can download highest quality, not SD anymore

Try using another browser, I used Mozilla and it worked. Had the same problem as you did while using Chrome.

Sometimes once you're in mobile mode you have to search and find your video again
