Jennifer says that she and Sly don’t know anyone in Florida, but they do have their vacation home in palm beach. Idk how often they use it, but I’d imagine they must know at least a few people. Also, Sly used to be a Florida resident in the past. He went to school at the university of Miami, and I think he used to live in Hollywood, Florida in the 90’s when planet Hollywood was still around. I’m sure he can meet up with some acquaintances who still live within the state.
I always been a fan of the Rocky movies and now I’m hooked on the Stallone family show what a great show and I get to see another side of Rocky the father and husband and family man so looking forward to seeing season 3

Why not have 10:02 the two houses? Nothing like California! Keep the house, Sly...and the children will still have their home in California! The weather is nicer in southern California, but you have to protect your assets.
Why not keep the house? So you do have a place stay when you go to California. Properties keep going up so it's a good investment to keep it. And if one of your daughters needs to stay...even better.
Yep exactly. You'd think it would be obvious for them to keep the house rather than just selling it.
The taxes are brutal there that's why. Capital gains for house sales are up as well. Oh and there's an "exit tax" now too for former residents that keep any property or forms of income in CA.
If they don't sell they'd be liable for a lot of tax as non residents based on the value of their property.
