Yes you have to try it. Im not sure how often they change the menu but it's different on every ship and they accommodate your dietary restrictions. It's a great experience and the bathroom situation was hilarious!!
It's everyday of the cruise. The Chef's Table is a separate purchase. Because of the limited seating, you should try to purchase it before you leave. In your cruise portal, look for Dining and you'll find it there. Happy Cruising!
