Why thank you. I appreciate it. Yes the thermal heat rocks are quite hard but after a walking tour, I promise you will get in the pool, lay on the rock and pass out lol. That heat on your back is so comfortable and it's so relaxing. Unfortunately these heat rock chairs on carnival are not real rocks. It's really a heavy plastic chair. On ncl they are real rock chairs.

Do you know if you have a key card for a room on the 5th floor can you still access that elevator and go up to 17
Key card only works if your in a spa room. And I think they are only on 17

So even in the spa balc no there is no conditioner. However, I got a chance to see one of the exec suites in the corner of the front and they have shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
@Bubbles N Biscuits Cruising thank you so much! Carnival description states there is conditioner but I know it wasn't in the spa on the Dream. We will be on this ship in October and have to fly out so trying to save all my packing room. Looks like I'll be packing conditioner though! 😁

This is a terrible spa. You'd think for a big ship it would be larger. The Horizon has a better and larger spa this this one. There are more sauna rooms a larger pool and more seating.

When was the best time to enjoy this area?
So I went in there during port days and it was not busy. I also went in when I came back from shore as well. So about 3-5 usually when everyone comes back to the ship they stay on the lido.

Hi there. In the Thermal Suite room they are everyone together. Only massages and bathrooms are separated by gender.
