Ingredients 5 dl milk 2 dl sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp cardamom 1 tsp salt 2 p Sunday dry yeast 13 - 15 dl Sunday Special wheat flour 150-200 g Sunday Baking margarine Filling 100 g Sunday Baking margarine 1 dl sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon To glaze eggs on the surface sugar and / or slivered almonds Combine egg, sugar, cardamom and salt in 42 degrees Celsius milk (hand warm). Whisk in the dough liquid some of the flour to which the dry yeast is mixed. Add the remaining flour and room temperature margarine. Start dough smooth and elastic. Let rise under a cloth in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Pour the dough on a floured table and knead the air bubbles. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll the dough piece into a rectangular plate (30 x 60 cm). Spread half of the room temperature margarine and sugar on the dough plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Wrap the disc from the long side into a tight roll. Pinch the seam well and leave the seam against the table. Use a sharp knife to cut the roll diagonally into pieces that are 4-5 cm wide and about 2 cm narrower. Lift the pieces upright with the narrower side facing up. With both thumbs press the dough all the way down to the bottom. Lift the buns onto a baking sheet on baking paper. Bake another piece of dough in the same way. Let the buns rise under a cloth in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Set the oven to 225 degrees. Lubricate buns with egg and Garnish with sugar. Bake in the center of the oven for 10-15 minutes.
