I know this is an old comment, but Moody Blues is a perfect example of a themed Stand that really properly reflects the user's feelings, emotions, and character flaws/quirks. I'd be happy if we had more specifically crafted Stands like MB instead of "Stand User of the Week" formula that we had in SC + DiU
It is amazing to see how fast Giorno influences everyone around him, especially Bucciarati. Bruno beats Zucchero by using his version of the same move Giorno used to beat him by ripping off his arm
Four is considered a bad luck number in a lot of Asian cultures. Chinese and Japanese especially because the number 4 uses the same characters and sounds like the word for death in each respective language. It's like how a lot of English-speakers don't like the number 13, it's that level of neurotic, even going as far as many contractors skipping over the fourth floor (like how a lot of American contractors skip over the 13th). Mista still has a legitimate excuse for his superstition, Araki just didn't think the typical fear of four would translate well. Also, it's very subtle, but you'll Mista always misses his fourth shot of his revolver; it's always just like way off from the first three shots.
I really like that part of Mista's character; he has the same paranoid superstition of the number four that's shared in many Asian cultures -- even though he's _Italian_ and doesn't seem to even know about that particular cultural quirk.
You're exactly right about it being the perfect stand for a cop, good catch! Not only that but it showcases his regrets because just like with his stand he rewinds them and plays them over and over...
Notice how Araki found away to eliminate Narancia, Mista, and Fugo away from the fight instead of just having them watch from the sidelines while screaming "GIORNOOO" occasionally? Welcome to Part 5 and up.
I'm sure a patron told you this already, but on the off chance that they haven't. Four is considered an extremely unlucky number in Japanese culture, it is heavily associated with death and misfortune and they are very superstitious about it. To the point that some buildings in Japan don't have an official fourth floor. That's why Mista is so afraid of it. Now, as for the reason why an Italian man would believe a deeply routed Japanese superstition....................*runs away*
He explained why he is superstitious about it. Yes, it's a cultural thing in China and Japan, and that's probably why Araki created it, but Mista the character is not superstitious about 4 culturally. He just noticed that bad things happen with the number 4, like with the cats, and now he is superstitious.
You missed a post-credits scene in episode 6 pt.5 JoJo. These are all the episodes in Part 5 which have post-credits scenes: Episode 6, 13 & 19 BTW To help you a bit with few things you missed in last JoJo reaction. Yeah, Abbacchio pissed in the tea pot and Giorno drank it. Second, number 4 is unlucky in many Asian cultures. Mista is just that superstitious guy & Abbacchio doesn't care about that so he took the 4th slice of the cake. lol

This is one of the major reasons why part 5 is my current favorite. It went from who can punch real good is the winner, to stands who can punch more gooder is the winner to how to exploit secondary and tertiary properties of the original power
I don't know if y'all got it, but the long range attack that Bruno used to end this enemy he learned with Giorno, when he did the same to hit Bucciarati. THEY ARE ALREADY LEARNING FROM EACH OTHER OMG MY HEART CAN'T TAKE IT.
Abbachio stand is like that because he goes back to the same place and relive what happened. Also didn’t get hit by the arrow. Manifested while he kept going back to the Sam repot
I really like how they showed you the N1 for the keys and always showed that they got on the wrong boat since the beginning. This is why this is my favorite part so far.
the "4" thing from Mista is because the pronunciation of 4 sounds very similar to "death", it's very common in Chinese/Japanese cultures to a point where they omit a 4th floor or room 4 etc.
Giorno has a noble hearth but he has the Dio ´s ambition too. And he doesn´t hesitate to kill anyone with an evil hearth. Is a great combination of personalities! Araki is a genius.

02:25 this was written before Italy shifted from Lire to Euros. In modern money (inflation not counted) 10 billion italian lire would be about little over 6 million dollars.
I still think Abbachio Stand is probably one of the saddest ones. Stands represent the user's desires and personality, and Abbachio is so trapped in the past that his Stand reflects that: He probably replays in his head that scene where his partner died over and over again.
