not a fascist but ok
I am not an American myself, but I remember speaking with my American friend and he said "Ronald Reagan was a great president. Being an American meant something then". That kinda stuck with me and got me to study American history with special emphasis on Reagan's presidency and I can tell there was definitely nothing wrong with Reagan's sense of humor.

Oof
America's greatest president.
Obvious Troll is Obvious.
+Ken Abbott you have no understanding of what a troll is, do you?
(This reply is actually for everyone.) Don't forget Abraham Lincoln.
Abe Lincoln was a tyrant.
Put down the race-card and pick up a real argument....
....if you can.
Great contrast of what we have today versus the past. Lies at the podium vs truth and a true statesman.
Ronald Reagan was the one President who was impossible to not respect, and many others but mainly him
But he lowkey hilarious lol
People do not respect him, I did until I figured out the reason why was stupid and made up
I like to ask people what they think of him to gauge if I could have a political conversation with them. Regan was a damn good man, I may not have agreed with everything he said but I respect TF outta him
He still was racist, pushing apartheid in South Africa and calling black people "monkeys" (leaked phone conversation with Nixon). I'll admit, he was hilarious, but I can't agree with his policies and opinion of non whites
DarkApoRed Not to mention how he was fuelling the Iraqi Iran war by selling weapons to both sides.
A great man. He reminds me of a time when we could like our President whether we voted for him or not.
Would that we had such people seeking office now.
Trump's personality is likeable enough. But he's also a liar, a racist, senile and corrupt. Makes it hard to like the guy.
Rich Sackett as usual, democrats and their bs words
There’s two types of politicians. Those who you disagree with on every policy matter but still think are good people personally, and those who are complete wack jobs in every way. Reagan was the former, Trump is the latter.

Tarheelblue63 NC Nah, you got to admit at least half of those are spot on
I'm not an American but it seems to me that Ronald Reagan was the last great Statesman America had. You have not had one since and I fear you never will again. A great President, a great man and a great human being.

Sorry, but what has Nicaragua got to do with my comment? And for that matter, who gives a damn about that shit hole anyway?
That answer says it all.Damned foreigners
+Filton Kingswood Yeh - you forget Clinton. But OK. he only presided over a HUGE growth spurt for America. And he's the only recent president to hand over a massive SURPLUS to his replacement. Only to see that bumbling idiot known as DUBBYA destroy it all.

A once in a generation President. In my opinion, America's last truly great President. Rest in peace President Reagan. It was on honor growing up in the 80's under this man's administration. The 1980's is the greatest decade in US history for so many reasons but mostly because of this man.
Hello Susan and how are you doing?
@@davidlious7951 Hi David, doing fine. How are you doing, Sir?
Another 80s kid here. Reagan is one of the many reasons that decade was spectacular. The USA was back on its feet and patriotism was running high. I miss those days. We sure could use him now.
@@northwards2218 Could we ever! Biden is so horrible. Democrats are so evil now. I'd love to see Trump just kick the crap out of him in 2024, but the SWAMP just isn't going to allow him to be president again, unless he wins in a Reagan type landslide that would overcome any amount of cheating. Unfortunately, those big blue states are so locked in now, you could literally put the corpse of Bin Laden on the ballot with a (D) behind his name, and California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Michigan and probably Pennsylvania would line up in droves to vote for him. If Fetterman got elected in Pennsylvania, the state is what it's always been to the GOP since 88. Fool's Gold.
