@Smart Khan Are you an atheist? You can't even make a claim on morality 😂 Before you misunderstand: I am precise in my wording. I'm not saying you cannot be moral. I'm saying you cannot make a claim on morality if you are an atheist.
@Smart Khan First, the age of Aisha, the prophet's wife is highly disputed. Historians and scholars are unable to pin-point her age. Her age prediction ranged from 10 to 17 yet they all agree that she was developed and of age. It is impractical to judge practices 1400 years ago with today's cultural standards. Second, in the 12th century in medieval Europe the age of consent was 7. Surprise! There are many recorded cases where marriages have been accepted in court of law by ages 7 and YOUNGER. Again, this was common practice in Europe which was (and still is) non-Muslim in the 12th century. There were even marriages recorded in Europe for females 3 years old! Now that is absurd! In the United States in 1895 the age of consent in Delaware was 7! In most states at that time age of consent was between 10-12. Do you feel the slap on the face yet? Want more? In Mexico, age of consent today is 12. In Bolivia even TODAY, a non-Muslim country, age of consent for females is puberty which is commonly as low as 8 years old. "Traditionally, across the globe, the age of consent for sexual union was a matter for the family to decide, or a tribal custom. In most cases, this coincided with signs of puberty, menstruation for a woman and pubic hair for a man. Sir Edward Coke in 17th century England ‘made it clear that the marriage of girls under 12 was normal, and the age at which a girl who was a wife was eligible for a dower from her husband’s estate was 9. The American colonies followed the English tradition, and the law was more of a guide. For example Mary Hathaway of Virginia, WAS ONLY 9 WHEN SHE WAS MARRIED TO WILLIAM WILLIAMS. Portugal, Spain, Denmark and the Swiss canons, initially set the age of consent at 10-12 years and then raised it to between 13 and 16 years in the second half of the 19th century. Historically, the English common law set the age of consent to range from 10- 12. In the United States, by the 1880s, most states set the age of consent at 10-12, and in one state Delaware, the age of consent was only 7. Social and resulting legal attitudes toward the appropriate age of consent have drifted upwards in modern times. For example while ages from 10 to 13 were typically acceptable in Western countries during the mid-19the century, the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century were marked by changing. Firstly i watched the whole video of Aron Ra and his 8 objections or so called scientific errors in Quran. Honestly the Islamic speaker was very weak in his response he sounded very apologetic to every objections and seemed to know the Answer but giving a strong befitting reply was missing, I would rather have someone like Mohammad Hijab in his place who have a better philosophical knowledge of both science and religion. In the video if you see, initially he made something very clear which is the problem with all atheists and that is if my mind can't imagine it happening then it is false. Secondly he misinterpreted Verses like the one about Humans being created from sperm, and he interpreted it that Quran says that Humans are created only from sperm which is no where in the verse but he assumed it anyway, such dishonesty is quite appalling. Honestly i could have answered those questions better than the Muslim speaker present in the debate but still it was based on a false premise and ultimately lead to wrong conclusions to pleasure their audience, to me it didn't achieve anything.
sure, of course i was weak. Try debating 4 people, each one has the right to interrupt me . Anyone in that setting would appear 'weak'. They were able drive home their agenda.. shout me down and put me 100% on the defensive. If you think, you can do better in that scenario... you are mistaken. What we need is OUR own show on this topic, and u will see a different outcome. Now here is a better debate on Quran and science, it was still unfair, 2 against one: ruclips.net/video/Xu5ZXkLcYfs/видео.html
@@NeoLegendX nope, no one could. There is no way to even begin an offensive. But there is one good thing about this discussion - no one can view this discussion and find any serious fault with the Quran. Every attempt to find an error became a futile pursuit. So am I getting this right. the Scientific Miracles of the Koran can keep being reinterpreted to reflect the current Scientific understanding. Then why are they miraculous. Oh yeah and prophecy sucks as well. Unless it is only found out after the predicted event occurred, and it doesn’t need interpretation and can only refer to one event. Sabhoor dominated Aaron Ra in there debate. Please stop lying for your profit. And I do mean profit.
You misunderstood it. There is no such thing as scientific miracle because for that to be true both the interpretation of the Qur'an and the scientific fact or theory or whatever has to be 100% correct and neither is true in pretty much all cases. Those who try to squeeze the Qur'an in science don't understand the nature of the Qur'an nor the nature of science.

@@rickb.4168 I think you have some sort of intellectual deficit. You have mixed up a couple of scientific mentions in the Quran and then the usually Islamophobic nonsense. It took you 9 months to come up with this? What a clown.
Interesting...you seemingly say “science isn’t good for truth” then seemingly say “my book is true and science confirms it”? Either science can confirm or not and if it can’t, which you seem to say, then the truth of the book cannot use science?
What he meant the Quran is the yardstick for truth for science, not the other way around..so if scientific theory/fact (which susceptible to change) is consistent with Quran(which never change) then it will be accepted as the truth.
@@TomAnderson_81 Because many things it says have come true, and many things mentioned also consistent with the reality of our life beside science. And Quran also put forward a challenge which is to find contradictions in its variety of messages as validation tool for its authenticity that its indeed not man made, and until now that challenges hasnt been met yet.
@@TomAnderson_81 None of those verses contradict one another. All of their question are loaded questions for example they say where did man come from in Quran? The assumption is that when a text of Quran says something that's it! There cannot be any additional information! Also the article completely ignores context of these verses. A contradiction is when one verse cancels another verse. None of those verses does that. They add additional information or they were revealed in a different context.
Imran in another video you said "Dawkins thinks Islam is an intellectual challenge to Atheism" because Islam promotes critical thinking and free thought ...and to prove that you took a verse out of context "Will they not reflect upon the Quran?" which in fact says the opposite of what you claimed. ----- Now i came across a viewer of yours in the comment section commenting "How we can trust science when it always changes?" Is that how you promote critical thinking? No in fact you promote revelations and superstition in the face of critical thinking and science.
That statement of yours is in itself a dogma and it means that you don't know where science ranks in epistemology. The main assumption of science is that there is an order and traceable pattern in the universe. Anybody who have a whiff of understanding of the philosophy of science understands that pattern and order flies in the face of randomness. Therefore, any scientist who say science disproves God doesn't understand science. Reflect on that. It is deeper than it appears to be. Use your intellect and you'll understand what science is and what logic is and you might get a glimpse on epistemology.
These people who reject Allah (SWT), will face the consequences on the day of judgement for not mending there ways, before death overtakes them. People don't reject Allah according to the quran. Allah has already decided if you will reject him or not. So first he makes the decision for you, then he punishes you for it. As many things in the quran only the gullible and uniformed believe it.
@@miepmiepzoefzoef if I may explain the concept to you.. Just like a school teachers knows which student will do well, which will do averagely and who won't do well at all... the creator knows the future of each soul in unimaginable ways . What we need is OUR own show on this topic, and u will see a different outcome. @@NeoLegendX nope, no one could. There is no way to even begin an offensive. But there is one good thing about this discussion - no one can view this discussion and find any serious fault with the Quran. Every attempt to find an error became a futile pursuit. Rather the focus became on me, why this muslim guy cant speak up ;) .
here is a better debate, which you may like, however it was still unfair, 2 against 1 , but I was able to launch an offensive:

Can you provide evidence of each of the claims you make?

@@rickb.4168 I think you have some sort of intellectual deficit. You have mixed up a couple of scientific mentions in the Quran and then the usually Islamophobic nonsense. It took you 9 months to come up with this? What a clown.
@@maodijong3661 no I just saw it, and thought I’d reply. What have I mixed up? It’s easy to say something without providing specifics.
Lol, take Arons' invitation and have a debate.
PrinceInShadow
How do you know the Quran is true?
@@TomAnderson_81 Because many things it says have come true, and many things mentioned also consistent with the reality of our life beside science. And Quran also put forward a challenge which is to find contradictions in its variety of messages as validation tool for its authenticity that its indeed not man made, and until now that challenges hasnt been met yet.
PrinceInShadow
Contradicciones: carm.org/contradictions-quran
The real challenge is for you to prove it is true.
We need more shows like these!
Imran in another video you said "Dawkins thinks Islam is an intellectual challenge to Atheism" because Islam promotes critical thinking and free thought ...and to prove that you took a verse out of context "Will they not reflect upon the Quran?" which in fact says the opposite of what you claimed.
-----
Now i came across a viewer of yours in the comment section commenting "How we can trust science when it always changes?"
Is that how you promote critical thinking?
No in fact you promote revelations and superstition in the face of critical thinking and science.
You don't seem to understand epistemology. Critical thinking and science are two different things. Science is subject to critical thinking.
@@ahmedbebackup9944 People who reject science when it doesn't fit their Dogma do not have critical thinking. Simple as that!

We show them signs from Allah (SWT) to consider and at times also show our frustration when they reject the obvious, and also because of what we know what's in store for those who reject the creator.
Brother Hijab, Brother Shabir Yusuf, and all my esteemed learned brothers who go out there and put themselves out, so as to help these people understand, my salaams and Dua's for their well being (as Allah SWT as clearly warned us that these learned people will be taken away from the world and then people will be left to all the madness beliefs) May more and more disbeliever humble themselves and let rationality allow them to see the truth my brothers are propagating.
Free will comes into play for us humans, but the creator is intricately aware of what's brewing in hearts and minds ..
The moment one uses free will in the correct direction things change for us.
Therefore in Islam, the creator is merciful to those who work towards righteousness and the concept of forgiveness is very strong in the faith
