I loved hearing this. They asked me at my interview a couple days ago what my strengths are. This is for an internal job, I told them communication. I then listed all the departments In our company i communicate with on a daily basis and how I do presentations every 2 weeks to our new hires and I've also done large presentations to over 150 people. I also had very good and intricate questions for them. Hopefully I get the job. I know i deserve it after 13years with the company.
One of your best videos Mr Don... it makes me comfortable, watching your natural way of presenting your points... also reminds me personally, the tone n volume I must use while communicating my points... thanks a lot!
Hi human angel! You make my life so easy! Your passion for this subject inflamed my heart, and gave me so much confidence! A kiss in colours with the scent of flowers!
No, Don, you are wrong. The communication skills you describe here are taken for granted. The most wanted skills are advanced bottleneck qualifications such as .Net programming skills, a finance or law master degree, an experienced project mgr. or the like critical to the business in matter. If such skills are difficult to come by, and the company finally finds one who can do the job, they are probably gonna put up with a few communication shortcomings, as long as this person can do the programming or whatever critical to their business. I've worked as a project mgr. and it & business consultant for many years in the banking sector, so I have witnessed a lot pertaining to this matter.

I am providing with them my Reference at this moment and Im sure what it means by that.
I have a concern that English is my second language, so can I ask some questions like "English is my second language. So, If I didn't understand your context of the question, it will be appreciated to write down the question and I am glad to answer for that" to the interviewer before I start the interview?
Hey Don! I've watched your Cover Letter videos, but I'm struggling to find something tailored to Postgraduates who are looking for a job. Do you have any tips for writing that kind of Cover Letter, possibly using an example from a job description? Thank you!
