This is the brilliance of Breaking Bad!!! At the end of the episode, you're literally screaming at the screen...NOOOO!!!! It can't be over!!!! Keep in mind guys, the insanity is just getting started!!!!💎💎💎💎💎💵💵💵💵💉💉💉💉🤰
It's cliffhanger endings like these that makes people binge-watch Breaking Bad for like 3 days straight. It's a shame they don't slow down to appreciate the genius while it lasts. It's like Bill Burr once said: "Watching it on Netflix is like taking a great bottle of wine and shotgunning it"
They made 38 pounds during that 4 day trip, when you heard him say 19 pounds, that was in reference to the batch that they'd just finished, they then said that there was 38 pounds in total in that box :)
While binging this series, I couldn't stop myself. It kept getting better and better til I found myself waking up during the night sometimes just to watch one more episode. Great reaction as always. 👶 💉 💙 💎 💵
Crazy how the writers make Walt so sympathetic and likable that people completely dismiss everything terrible he has done up to this point and instead focus on Jesse's mistakes. Walt was the one who wanted to make deals with Tuco(look where that got them). Walt is the one who wanted to expand territory. Walt cooks(with the help of JESSE), but Jesse usually has to do all the dirty work. He's been traumatized three times; Tuco beat the shit out of him, he saw someone's head get crushed by an ATM, and now one of his closest friends is dead. Jesse makes mistakes, no doubt, but Walt usually initiates risky plans that indirectly put Jesse into these kinds of situations without really caring what it's doing to Jesse. The majority of the time, Jesse pays for Walt's mistake. At least Jesse has the moral to take responsibility, while Walt tries to justify his own actions. The first time I watched this show, I liked Walt. Second time around, I realized just how much of an egotistical asshole he is. Also, it's been said in the comments already, but Jane got Jesse to use HEROIN. She had the choice to leave, and she didn't. Jesse's not off the hook either, but what Jane did to him is far worse. Jesse was vulnerable and looking for support and an escape, and she pushed him towards an addictive drug, knowing how bad it is.
I think they just have a bias against Jesse because they have him labeled as the druggie loser and seem to lack empathy for, or maybe just understanding of people with those problems. They automatically want to see Walt as the better of the two because he is married with children like they are. In this episode they ignore what a callous reaction Walt has to someone being murdered and instead focus on demonizing Jesse, who actually feels guilty about playing a part in getting someone killed, because he is using drugs to cope with the pain he is in.
Nevi do you forget at the first episode who brought crazy 8 to Walt and put them in danger jesse is fucking stupid. Also he said to. Crazy 8 everything about Walt his son etc
"You're professionals act like it!" Yo that is some deep professional positive affirmation to do better especially if you suck AND if a lawyer is telling you this 😂
I know this was five years ago, but just wanted to say that I also had my septum fixed...and it changed my life. I legit had no idea what healthy breathing felt like. Glad you did yours as well.
I think you are incorrect about blaming Jesse. Yes, he is a drug addict, but Jane was one too. And as we see, her situation was a lot worse with the heroin and stuff. Jesse told her to leave, but she refused. She was the one that made him try heroin. Also, Jesse is the one who does the dirty work for Walt. He is the one who i responsible for the distribution and 1 of his men was killed and the other one was busted. If the DEA catches something, Jesse will be the first to go to jail. He is directly involved in it. Walt is just the cook. His situation is not easy at all.
Man, this was one of those episodes where everything goes bad. Combo getting killed, Jesse's business falling apart, Jesse getting Jane to relapse, Jane getting getting Jesse to use heroin, the poor timing of Skyler's labor and that's not even getting into Skyler's cringey happy birthday song to her boss. Like I've said before, Jesse can't handle pain. His reaction to it is to turn to meth. Jane should have walked but she loves Jesse. You can see when she smokes the meth Jesse has a look of regret on his face and he did ask her to leave when he was going to use. And it was her that brought heroin into the situation. So Jesse and Jane definitely love each other but they are also definitely bad influences on each other. 👶💉💰💎
robert white not a white knight I hate white knights. She’s joking too. She’s saying it would be redundant because she was “flying from the heroin off screen. Get it? It was a funny.
See how this episode ends making you have to know what happens next? It's why you really truly can't watch 1 episode at a time and take a break. Most people binge watched this show within 3 days to a week to maybe 2 weeks...I don't know how anybody can watch this show 1 episode at a time, especially from this point forward....Binge is the only way to go. I literally watched the whole entire show within 4 days, not because I wanted to (I didn't), but because I literally was addicted to it.
The pathos of Jane is Donald. I feel so much for her sweet dad who’s doing everything he can to keep his kid on track, yet she keeps making these self-destructive choices. Both Jane and Jesse are talented artists and could do such much better than the lives they’re choosing.
Ouch... you guys dont think Jesse deserves a cut of the share?? Savage. Dont forget this is all right after had the life or death trip, walt thought he was going to die in days, and jesse GAVE HIS WORD that walts family would recieve every bit of share. At that point they couldnt sell in bulk, Jesse would be sliding money to them somehow for months a he slowly sells the drugs. I believed Jesse completeley, his word was honest. And yet now, the situation is reversed in a way and who knows what Walts feeling about sharing 50/50... money males ya greedy lol :)
Aaron Burton The meeting was unprofessional of Gus. An hours notice? This is one of the few parts in the series were conflict is created from unrealistic bs. There is no reason for Gus to make it impractical or inconvenient for the deal to take place when he has all power to call it off.
In the RV (when they got stuck 8n the desert) they made a shit load of meth. If you remember, Walt said they would make about $600k each which is a total of $1.2M
It's interesting that Walt & Jesse's three dealers have something happen to them, and it's worse for each guy. Skinny Pete gets ripped off by junkies, Badger gets arrested, and then Combo gets killed.
23:19 "Where was her sponsor?" Yeah... yeah... Sadly, even the most effective sponsors can be powerless when a recovering/relapsing addict chooses to keep secrets like Jane and Jesse's increasingly destructive activities.
I love your reactions, but please don't start hating on Jesse :/ Yes, he is trustworthy. But he was just responsible for one of his close friends being killed, and the only person who gives a shit about him, happens to be an addict. Just because Walt has no heart and isn't interested in other people losing their lives for them, doesn't make him a better person. Just a better businessman. And Jesse isn't responsible for his girlfriend doing drugs again. She knew what his job was from the beginning, she initiated intimate contact, and he even sent her away because he didn't want her to fall down that hole again. She decided against it. Yes it sucks, but it wasn't his fault.
Jesse is amusing and has his moments but he has too many flaws and I would argue that he's not trustworthy. He's also not very smart and can't think multiple moves ahead. Dude just gets manipulated because he can't think for himself.
I'm hoping it's just their knee jerk response to this episode. I don't think it'll continue. They're perceptive people, and they don't seem to hold grudges against characters
Some good points and some incorrect points. The major one being that of Walt not caring about anyone. It's not that he doesn't care, as how can you expect him to care for someone he doesn't know? Walt has purposely placed himself as far as possible from what occurs after the meth is made. Why? Because he's smart and he cares. He knows if he would to get a glimpse of the lives he's affecting, he wouldn't be able to continue making meth. It a weird, but honest to God truth...Walt does in fact care.
@@OG_Fernando ehh, I'm not sure I agree with that. If he had responded with something like oh no, what happened? (like you might even do if you heard a neighbor died, or someone from high school, etc) then I might agree with you. The "which one was he?" is an inconsiderate response. He knows the guys that are selling it are friends of Jesse because they only picked people that Jesse knew and trusted. He didn't even fake sympathy. It was fucked up
@@jppangyarihan7612 Exactly. In the last episode (S2E10 Over) when Walt confronts the other meth dealers in the parking lot? Take note as you go forward that BrBa paves the way, and revel in this televisual renaissance.
id argue her choosing to do drugs is not on jesse, he tried getting her away from him shes an adult thats all he could do, how much oh a hypocrite would he be to deny her? plus shed then due to the stress of that she would probably go and use on her own anyway. lets not treat adults as children they have free will and can make there own choices the only way this would be jesses fault is if he pressured or forced her sorry about the wall of text i fell passionately about this subject

Sorry, Nikki. Re: the 19 lbs., either we both failed to "do the math" or I misled you in a previous post. Apparently, when Walt and Jesse did their binge-cooking, they cranked out 19 BATCHES of product, not 19 lbs. And each batch weighed in at approximately 2 lbs. per for a total of 38. My bad :-( Great reaction, as usual. And your anticipation to see what happens next is only matched by our anticipation to see you react to what happens next. 👶 🗡️🔷💰 p.s. Re: Needle - "Stick 'em with the pointy end." -Aegon Targaryen
👶💉💙💰 This is when shit gets real. As for Jesse, what happened with Jane is not his fault. He was trying to push her away, but she was willing to risk her sobriety for their relationship, to not leave him alone. And once she was off the wagon, that was it. Her addiction was to heroin, and so she chose to introduce it to Jesse. Who knows what her thinking was at that point, but addiction is a really complicated thing. It's worse when Jane is dealing with someone as weak-willed as Jesse.
p.s. Note the difference in styles of how people handled someone infringing on their turf. Walt gave a guy the stink eye in the parking lot at Home Depot, while the two gang bangers had Combo gunned down in broad daylight on a street corner.
I remember being so shocked to see that kid shoot up Combo like that. I couldn't believe these dealers used a freaking kid to do their dirty work. That was crazy. And with Jane going back to doing drugs, I was just so disappointed to see her do that. She made the choice to go back to using that crap. Oh Jane. And Nikki, girl I'm right there with you about Skylar singing to her boss. It was awkward, cringy, and so ew lol. And look at that, Jesse is busy tripping out on his shit when he's suppose to be ready for Walt's call. It's like I've said before, I don't like Jesse. He continues to mess everything up. [baby, 💉 , 💎 / 💙 , 💵] - Yvette
The only time I have had opiates in life is in the hospital is when I was given morphine for a broken leg in the hospital. And I can say the feeling is that amazing and the come down is very difficult difficult. Like the worst hangover of your life times 10!
How are Walt's actions more forgivable than Jesse's, though? He literally just got a man murdered because he was on a crazy power trip and didn't listen to reason when Jesse told him they should stick to their own territory. Getting someone killed is, I think, worse than almost losing a lucrative business opportunity due to drug addiction. Jesse's drug may be meth (and heroin), but Walt's is power. And he's getting more and more consumed by it.
Imagine having to wait a week between this episode and the next. So painful. lol! The suspense during the end of this episode is just scratching the surface of what BB puts the viewer through. 🔷💉 🤯
Jesse's failings here have more to do with him wanting to be LOVED and APPRECIATED and COMFORTED, not wanting to be high. Y'all are way too caught up in loving Jessica Jones--hey, i want to MARRY her, so I'm right there with you--that you're placing ALL the blame on Jesse. I thought it odd that Nikki wasn't all, "Awwwww--Jesse's trying to do the right thing by telling her what he's about to do because he's all bummed about his friend and he wants her to leave because she shouldn't be around that. How sweet is THAT, though?!?" No, SHE'S the addict you can't trust in this episode. Not only did she not listen to his voice of reason and compassion and went back and did drugs with him, but now SHE is introducing new and more dangerous stuff to HIM. And it's her fault he's *completely* incapacitated.
Uh, no man. Jesse's failing here comes down to lack of tact. Don't mention doing drugs even for (and in this case, especially if) a moment of bereavement. He could just word this as wanting to grieve alone. If he believed that Jane cared about him, he should also try to understand that wanting to 'share' in his grief could be a (irrational but plausible) justification for an addict to break their clean streak. And of course Jane would want to share her own drugs with him. It's her (twistedly) loving way of introducing him to her world of ecstasy. You think a junkie would think about the damage especially with her level of drugs? Their chemistry would naturally lead into an unfortunate chain reaction. Shit like this happens as a result of their issues colliding in a poorly managed way. Poor judgement, but not entirely poor character.
NO ONE ever points this out. Combo had a gun! The kid shot him. Combo could have shot him back. But he couldnt! He could not believe a kid shot him. Much like Jesse, Combo is protective of kids. Even one that is killing him! Wish you had thought to mention this. I have never heard anyone say anything about it. Combo had time to get his gun. Instead, he just runs.

@@alinadornieden8411 I dont agree at all. They see it as Jesse knew shknwas in recovery and shouldnt have said anything to her. They would have said the same if the tables were turned. They dont get that each addict must take responsibility for themselves. Regardless of anything anyone else does. Jesse could fire up right in front of her. Offer it to her. And it still is her responsibility. Not Jesses. Their comment had nothing to do with anything sexist. You thinking it did is what was sexist.
Nevi1097 maybe you should watch it a third to so you can realize it’s not as cut and dry as “He AsShoLe”
So much this!
Walter White is the cause of everything. Jesse never even meets Jane if not for him
I think they just have a bias against Jesse because they have him labeled as the druggie loser and seem to lack empathy for, or maybe just understanding of people with those problems.
Yo Steven, you have a gorgeous and intelligent wife. Congratulations my man!
That thumbnail of Jesse is how I looked after my first Jagerbomb 😃
The debut of one of the greatest super villains in TV history 🐔
"Well, there's your cold open for ya!" I cracked up at the way he said that.

Nikki 😂 your reaction as soon as skyler started singing lol priceless
I think they are just in shock with everything that happens in this episode. With time and reflection I'm sure their opinions will change
14:44 love the change in his tone of voice
Love these videos! I wish we could have more. Worth mentioning is the fact that Walter never tried his own product, not even once!
This is so fun to watch haha keep them comming
23:19 "Where was her sponsor?"
Yeah...
My brother hated Jesse, too. Lol.

My bad :-(

It's absolutely his fault - he facilitated the drugs. Doing drugs while dating an ex-addict is like giving the loaded gun.....
OMG I'm so damn excited to the reaction to the next episode.....
“Now Ted put her in a terrible position” .....stick around😂
p.s. Note the difference in styles of how people handled someone infringing on their turf. Walt gave a guy the stink eye in the parking lot at Home Depot, while the two gang bangers had Combo gunned down in broad daylight on a street corner.
To answer the question around 22:30 they had 19 bags at a median weight of 2.2 pounds so they had cooked almost 42 pounds of meth.
Hell yes!! Guys you're the reason of why it's worth it wake up in the morning

8:25 You guys need to react to 'Better Call Saul" after Breaking Bad. Saul is fucking epic.
The only time I have had opiates in life is in the hospital is when I was given morphine for a broken leg in the hospital. And I can say the feeling is that amazing and the come down is very difficult difficult. Like the worst hangover of your life times 10!
You say you want a needle and all I can think of is Arya's sword.
This is the episode where I dipped. I was like “this is too much for me” lmao I came back when the last season came out though.
Oh my gosh, really?
calebsmommy812 yes. I was extremely disturbed by a child murdering another person. I was like “....... I’m out.” Stopped the episode right there 😂

Exactly right. They misinterpreted the situation a bit here.
She’s a grown woman who can make her own decisions. I don’t see it being Jesse fault at all. He even told her to leave
Instead, he just runs.
tama yeager gibson I always liked Jesse's friends, while they're not the smartest or most upstanding citizens, they have hearts and cared about the people around them.
