Today I am sharing a simple main course dish of potato. It is made with simple spices and boiled potatoes. I am sure you will like this simple yet delectable dish. Thanks for watching.
Ingredients -
Potatoes ( Aloo ) - 1 kg
Mustard oil ( Sarso ka tel ) - 8-10 tbsp
Cumin seeds ( Jeera ) - 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida ( Hing ) - 1/4 tsp
Chopped Ginger ( Bareek kata hua adrak - 2 tbsp
Chopped Green Chillies ( Hari mirch ) - as per taste
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder ( Haldi ) - 1/2 tsp
Crushed Black pepper ( Kuti kali mirch ) - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli flakes ( Kuti lal mirch ) - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder ( Dhaniya powder ) - 1 tbsp
Black Salt ( Kala namak ) - 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango powder ( Amchur ) - 1 tsp
Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri Methi ) - 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander leaves
