Oh my gosh!!!! The pain I can only imagine would be next level out of this world
Yeah but he wouldn’t have felt it in his legs as bad as you think
But I agree with you
I have broken my left arm once, and the pain was horrible. His pain is beyond me..but I´m happy he made it.
rexxo yea I agree me to
Like the other guy said, he wouldn’t be able to feel the majority of it, but it would still be very very painful
@@DrJxke wat me ?
It's crazy to see how many people they needed to save him 🙁
Remind me when you injure yourself to send a 1 man army their their for lifting and to stabilise the person and help out.
mate his legs were smushed like fucking mashed potato why the fuck does it matter
@@Skylon2311 What has this to do with what I said? Lol
@@finn-ss8ps youtube is wierd the same comment in 3 diffrent videos i dont now how this happend sry
Pluto, what you see working on him doesn’t include the person who gave the blood, the person who took it, checked it, process it, deliver it to the A&e, cleaners, admin staff….that’s just looking at one aspect of his care x
Brilliant job done by everyone that helped to save this mans life.
These emergency services are bloody incredible. My life was saved 2018 and I'm thankful every single day
4:49 “you won’t be able to stand mate... your legs are broke”
Cracked me up for sure XD
I liked when the paramedic called the driver darling out of instinct 2:30
his leg crunched harder than a bowl of cereal without milk
The UK has some of the best service personnel. It may not be perfect but it's the best in the world I tell you.
They are shit
Im not sure, but isn't it in Australia?
@@jakub_qba No, the UK.
Yep, and like Australia, all that would have been totally free. Imagine how much it would have been in the US. Land of the Free? :)
I was in the hospital almost couple of days with my broken left ankle over 9 and 1/2 years ago. My car was a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5. A four door hatchback. I had that car almost 7 years before the accident. I don’t mind having 3 or 4 bruises on my body and a little bump above my right breast. It wasn’t so serious and life threatening injury. I was scared after it happened but, after the EMT’s got me out of the seat in the car that I went calm and just looking around. I was lucky to have my parents around.
Even if it's just one person, I think life is really precious to people.
God bless you for what you do
Amazing just amazing.
I was passenger I broken all my bones and internal damage and bleeding. I have a lot of metal keeping me together 2016 happened still recovering it’s amazing what doctors and surgerions can do in this day and age.
my leg started hurting....
my quarantine must watch
i love how the channels name is "really" as if its fed up with ppl injuring themselves like "really bruv stop breaking legs"
Lol yes
Omg poor lad
I FEEL THE PAIN FOR HIM,OUCH, DO THEY THINK HE HAS PEE D HIS PANTS.
May he make a successful speedy recovery
The driver is extremely lucky those are the only injuries he recieved. But still, poor guy.
In the usa they would be like hope you enjoyed your flight that will be $148,000.
What do you think this action costs? :D
@@fabianbach2615 on average in my area of the usa a emergency helicopter ride is about $40,000 u.s. and that gets billed directly to you. The UK one is funded by donation and they said it costs them about £4,000 per flight, thats a big difference.
You could, you know, get insurance
@@DutchManticore yes of course but if your insurance company wants to argue that a life flight was not necessary then you might get stuck with that bill. To be fair if your getting choppers to a hospital at least in the USA you are probably in very serious condition, they don't send a heli and doctor usually for a broken leg
Why do i complain about watching it but love watching it
So thankful to have paramedic forces everywhere ❤
Id be askin for more morphin....
I'd be asking to be shot in the head and be done with it. That man had some high degree of patience and tolerance.
"I could use a little more morphine"
@@stickbugv290
NOT A LITTLE, I WOULD LIKE A BUCKET FULL.
Unfortunately morphine drops blood pressure quite a bit. With his already low blood pressure more morphine will drop his blood pressure significantly and he will become unconscious and at risk of cardiovascular compromise causing him to arrest. You need blood pressure to play with when giving opiates :(
@@Masood1810 Same! But knowing my luck, it would just make me in more pain and I’d still be alive and conscious!
Nice to see all working together, Fire, EMS, Police etc. Good job and thank you.

Dang, why did the video end so abruptly? I didn’t hear what happened during and after the three month hospital stay.
Real heros❤❤❤
Did he call him darling aha
Lool I heard that too and was wondering 😂. As long as he’s safe I’m okay with that !
thought i was the only one who heard it
That's what I thought he said too

15!?
3:31: Did they just pop back his elbow??? Oof that must have hurt.
How did he hit the lorry on the opposite of the road? Was he tired? Something ran out? Car faulty?Or was he on his phone?

Poor chap
When they said that the guy was hospitalized for 3 months, my first reaction was, “Oooo! That hospital bill!”
But it is the UK..with the NHS..no hospital bills.
not everything is in america just cuz they speak english
@@virginiaviola5097 there is still a bill. Its just paid for collectively 🤦🏻♂️
@@DutchManticore And with zero profit so it's massively cheaper.
@@krashd Lol. It must be amazing to be so naive. The NHS isnt cheaper in any way lol. In fact its so expensive its a major headache every year of creating a budget
Very lucky
Lucky lad.
Are they in Lancashire?

Then if ur body badly mess up don't go to any doctors.
Amazing people ☺️
I broke my left leg in 3 places. Awful. Couldn't imagine 15
None of these men n women don't get paid enough
I wish my mom could be in the ER helicopter 🚁 with me because I am afraid 😱 of heights

Welcome to Hotel Rolie Polie Olie!
I had to do a search on the term "lorry". I had no clue what that was. Now I know. lol
It's entertaining learning all the different terminology between U.S., British and Australian english.
Doctors don’t get enough credit.
Who was at fault for the crash btw?
I'd say you can tell because of the blurred face...
@@mayam1141 sometimes they do that because they've died
i dont wana be in this position im so sorry
🥶
That leg looks like roadkill how the heck is he alive
Because he’s in the UK with universal health care so they didn’t have to wait for his insurance to say they could save him
@@thatsme1725 They wouldn't refuse you service if your insurance denies it, they'll just take payment in the form of reposessing your items (car, house etc) to pay off the bills.
@@iona5439 how if the person was a homeless? Do they still help him?
@@mem.y5032 Yes. In the U.S. it's illegal to deny emergency care to anyone.
Eeesh!
👏
What make of car was that ? Make sure my kids don't buy the same.
Good luck finding a car that will hold up any better to smashing into a 40 ton lorry head on
1:26 he pukes btw A ⚠️
Why was his identity hidden? I'm guessing he was playing on his phone or something and crossed into the oncoming lane so doesn't want to be on TV.
believe it or not, not everyone wants to be on tv regardless of whether they've done anything wrong. if they show the face, they usually also mention the name, and no one wants that to be a google result when they're looking for a job
they also blur it when the person dies of their injuries
Aww lol 😭😭❤️
OMG! Is Lorry Ok?
Wwas he speeding?..
Looks like it. He was probably overtaking like a prat and hit the oncoming lorry head on :/
@@kuski655
VERY SILLY.
Illegal RSI without consent from patient
The police need to be removed from anywhere near the driver I certainly wouldn't allow police near me
ohhhhh your hard 😂😂
