Thank you for this. I am a year out from my complete rupture and not gonna lie, going through it during the covid era was hell. Im still stiff, I am almost 30 lbs heavier and just feeling depressed like I can’t snap out of it. Its hard for others who have not gone through such an anxiety-inducing injury to understand. I am hoping to snap out of this and get back to the gym. All of my attempts before resulted in plantar fasciitis flare-ups. Feel free to check in and let us know how your recovery went and how you are feeling today. It helps the achilles community to stick together. Thanks.

I’m a 65 year old female. I had a massive bone spur that tore my tendon. It’s been 4 weeks since my surgery. I’m already feeling depressed because I know it’s a long process.I want to thank you for your videos and for helping to keep the bad guys off the streets. God bless you and your family
