Fabulous. It puts together lots of different techniques, including some things that I haven't done before. It isn't any one thing that is amazing, but rather gathering the raw materials, and then all the subtleties that are required to put the image together. Well done. To those who look at it and become lost, I sympathise, but for you, this is simply a demonstration of Photoshop's power. If you want to learn how to do this, go through all of the steps one by one, and pause at each point, and simply learn that step. Other tutors will show you how to do each thing, and you can research and learn those things.
Way to explain things so clearly. More tutorials need to be like this where someone can show off their skills while not teaching a thing to anyone. Keep up the excellent work. Disclaimer: Sarcasm is implied.
If you can't follow, it's probably because it's too advanced for you. I don't think the idea is to recreate the image, but rather learn techniques that will help you have a larger comprehension of photoshop. I've been doing photoshop professionally for 10 years and I did learn a few things watching this. It gets my thumb up.
So, this is the third video of yours that I've seen and I'm like... this guys got SKILLZ (I subscribed after watching your first video). As I look over, I see 78 dislikes!!!!!! Either there are jealous haters out there OR traditionalist pen/ink, charcoal or paint/brush artists can only appreciate their own tools... and the rest - well they'll just never get it. Keep up the solid work!
Which edition of Photoshop is being used here? This looks really fun to use compared to the Photoshop I used which was a daunting mess of buttons. This looks put-together.
Great job Arun. The only thing I would add or suggest is to add the same highlight on the arms and face that you have on her shins. With a light source that close there should be a highlight, especially since the subject looks wet from the rain or what ever happened. Beautiful work and very inspiring.
its amazing. but at least you should enumerate step by step . that is more helpful for the viewer to follow the steps and for us to learn and have a knowledge also. All in all , it was so amazing and jaw dropping.. keep it up!
Hello there I’d just like to say this is still a very relevant video even today in 2020. But I believe it would be even more impressive and fire 🔥 this f you would’ve gone back and added a voice over so that ppl that are NEW to photoshop would gain a better understanding of what your doing and how they’ll better be able to achieve what it is you’ve been blessed to be able to teach them with your amazing skills. Thank you for sharing your amazing skills and hard work it’s greatly appreciated from a NEW FAN from New Orleans. And I pray this message finds you and your family safe healthy and most importantly blessed.
can u pls give me a link where can i download that image u just created, it was awesome ... a little advice you should use your voice on making a video.. keep the good work man
you are awesome bro. very talented. you know your work well and combined your passion. i have some ideas. but i dont have the skills like you. first idea is have you ever tried to work on anyone's selfie?
That was amazing ! But I could not figure out the steps! or follow. It is really fast. It would nice to be able to follow the steps and probably need to be in 3 parts at least . Thanks for the interesting show.
Your work great because.. the girl pose and angle .. the light you used in her face .. the shadow .. holding the only light she has in this dark desert .. the challenge and sad of the music in the same time .. make your tutorial complete artwork .. thank you
Here is a trick if you can't locate your layer, hold Ctrl and click on the image you want. Your layer is then selected. If it chooses another layer that is in front of it then lock it and do it again. Problem solved and work is faster!
Very nice video... initially i could follow and understand what u did but gradually i lost you because of no audio explanation. Would have really helped if you had explained this video. You got a new sub though. On the whole i like your work.

When you start painting on Layer 6 starting at 6:50, how are you burning the color? I don't see any blending on the layers or reduction of transperancy? Can you explain why the coloring that you are doing is burning, and not pitch black ?
Really nice man! You should probably tag it "advanced tutorial" or something like that because it seems ppl expect steps and all that but that's not the point of the video. Keep it up!

Love the music. Looking forward to watching it closely and learning.
I really wanted to learn from this, but without actual instructions, just watching isn't doing me any good.

Yes. It is not easy for the beginner with PS. You must know a lot about PS to do this.
Mam its an 3 months course of graphic designing you can learn from there
It's ok your brain needs that to get used to new information then the learning process will be much easier and faster.
😂

How are you cropping and then uncropping (around 3:57) like that? Is that only in newer versions or has that always been an option?
