I think Misty should be something like "throw a coin for each water energy on your bench and give that energy to a water pokemon" (could also specify benched if necessary) It still feels strong that way, but it's no longer a card you can play turn 1, and it's more reliable for getting more energy on pokemon that want a bunch like Lapras, Blastoise or Gyarados.
You know, considering his retreat cost is lower by 1 tentacruel is actually extremely comparable to weezing, just slightly less flexible since he can't poison for free as well. I guess he doesn't have support like koga either but hey, I underrated the tentacle man
I dont have Omanyte, but I have been running a Tentacruel/Poliwrath deck which has been fun. Will definitely try this brew when I get the missing piece for my Omastar
