I don't think I've ever seen anybody as smooth out of breaks as Antonio Brown. Also, Andre Johnson's quickness for his size is just insane. No wonder he's as good as he is.
You can see the explosiveness and power behind Andre Johnson and the incredibly quickness, sharp route running by Antonio brown. You can see greatness with Antonio already.
Chad is a monster... Antonio brown and Andre Johnson do not waste any movement they very efficient. Sanatana Moss is quick and low to the earth not to mention he doing all this in a durag and fitted
I'm so used to seeing Andre in pads that I never really thought about his actual size and he is FUCKING HUGE up close, look @ his build compared to all other WR's
I have a lot of respect for Andre, I'm 6'6 and I can tell you that drills like this are 10x harder for taller receivers, getting low enough with enough explosion and fluidity out of your breaks is much harder for someone with long legs!
Watching this video now, you can see how fluid and agile AB is compared to the rest. His body control and acceleration after coming out of a break is insane.
I remember watching this vid so many times when i was trading for football. Just seeing where AB is now and seeing who he surrounded himself with. It’s motivating.
Look for big years from all 4 of these guys. Man, Ocho Cinco might not be liked by many, but his love for the game is second to none. You gotta love his passion and the way he brings out the best in everybody.
AJ's so quiet. He's awesome. Just puts his head down and works.

For all you youngsters...footwork as a WR is your number 1 development priority. Work on getting quick feet. This will help you get in/out your breaks, cuts, and top of routes. 2nd is route running 3rd Explosion of the line 4 Flexibility/Stretching (to prevent leg injuries)! Your welcome!
Man Im happy these guys are willing to post their workouts, I often wonder what do these guys do to stay in shape, which is why I was on youtube looking up NFL workouts in the first place. I run miles and stuff but i think this quickness sprint training is better than just running 5 and 6 miles and such. I kinda want to B in shape like that.
so some of the greatest wide receivers are all practicing on one field together and no one is watching. These people just keep walking past them, I'm confused.
***** Says the guy who can't even run? Andre is getting his wind back this year watch. Having a sorry qb and still putting up numbers is what he did and now he has Andrew Luck.
Sam Johnson True but it dont matter what kind of leverage you got Andre will outmuscle you to to the ball and he got them strong ass hands so theres no punching that shit out
madslochert That's funny, because last I checked Antonio had to kick punters in the face for extra yards and Ocho is in Canada. Tell us one good QB that Santana had?
Chris Lester Ocho's in Miami playing FIFA, eating McDonalds and puffing on cigars. AB's led the league in yards and receptions two years in a row (IIRC) regardless of how Spencer Lanning feels about it, and Dre's been just as out of luck as Moss in regards to QB play. And even so, it was just a fucking joke.
they are all great for what they do chad foot work is beyond elite ab work ethics is beyond elite Andre is scary size n speed and moss will have u look crazy on the field
This maybe nearly two years old by now but this is something I keep trying to tell people. Great receivers have the least wasted movement. Jerry rice had near flawless movement. And was smooth out of his breaks. That one route AB ran was so sexy in the beginning of this video
Ocho really did have crazy footwork. AB is also nice. Really wish he could have kept it together a few more years. He definitely has 1st ballot HOF talent.
I'll agree with you on that point. Some kids just want to live the lifestyle of a celebrity or an athlete without the hardwork that goes behind the scenes.
It funny how they all catch the ball and then they walk away, jogging slowly. Antonio catches the ball and is like "OH SHIT RUUUUUUUUUUN MF RUUUN". True hard worker and amazing talent.
Marcus Middleton Yep Chad is top 10 in history in route running. Definitely top 2-3 during his era. He ran some of the more crisp routes in the history of football.
Fair enough, I like your response more than the other guy who chooses to attempt to put people down. To me, Chad will always be a Bengal, I'm a Steelers fan, not a Bengals fan at all. I appreciate their talent, but I have never liked any of their players. Not saying Chad is not physical at all, but I prefer more physical receivers like Andre Johnson, Hines Ward :) and etc. Thanks for your sort of input, and one of my favourite LB's, Jon Beason, does a lot of grunting too lol.
I don't think I've ever seen anybody as smooth out of breaks as Antonio Brown. Also, Andre Johnson's quickness for his size is just insane. No wonder he's as good as he is.
Chad footwork is outrageous, speed wise A Brown is crazy
Shout out to Brown for running through the end of all drills!
Look at what Antonio brown is doing now 😂
I miss Chad Johnsons route running and excitement he brought to the league.
You can tell Brown puts in tons of work off the field. And as for Andre, the guy is a monster.
I'm so used to seeing Andre in pads that I never really thought about his actual size and he is FUCKING HUGE up close, look @ his build compared to all other WR's
Santana Moss was so efficient on the figure 8 cone drill. Beautiful
Man I love Chads foot work & Antonios Quickness.
Ikr
I have a lot of respect for Andre, I'm 6'6 and I can tell you that drills like this are 10x harder for taller receivers, getting low enough with enough explosion and fluidity out of your breaks is much harder for someone with long legs!
Fax I’m 6,1 and play wide out
Tonio brown was the only youngster there. Now look at where he is in his career. Beasting
Even in the video, he looked like the quickest one out there. And he was grinding
Not anymo
beating nuts on backs
His feet are so fast
karlthetroof nah definitely ocho
Never realized how great Chad footwork is and Brown quickness is insane
Great clip highlighting some of the best pro recievers from the state of Florida. Wishing them all health, wealth and longevity.
From Miami specifically
Nobody got that Ocho footwork, beast!
I'm telling FAM dude fast
Fins305 im glad somebody peeped game lol
Canal do Futebol Americano I'm glad u see it.. He was unique with his feet
Solomon Green he was explains how to do the drill he done it so fast that shit was crazy could you imagine how degrading that felt
AB feet faster
Watching this video now, you can see how fluid and agile AB is compared to the rest. His body control and acceleration after coming out of a break is insane.
I remember watching this vid so many times when i was trading for football. Just seeing where AB is now and seeing who he surrounded himself with. It’s motivating.
Did not age well at all 😂😂😭🤦🏽♂️
@@MrVaDelux ain’t that the truth 😂🤦🏾♂️
why is Santana Moss dressed like he's about to time travel to 2005😂😂
DarthKnighttw DarthKnighttw straight outta dipset video😂😂
Who cares
Moss look like he in jagged edge!!!!
Funny thing is Santana Moss had the longest career out of everybody in this video
Lol now everyone back to 1950’s with short shorts in football workouts instead of the baggy shorts
Brown showing the vets he got work ethic.... sprinting straight through the drill
Now you see why AB is so good.
just imagine if Andre had a good qb just ONCE in his career...he's put up hall of fame numbers with mostly scrubs at qb...beast
he has one now
uche akusobi dont remind me lol
next sean taylor R.I.P.#21 lol ya still got jj watt and the clown so ya iight just need a offense
uche akusobi we have a building offense but not having Andre just means we lost leadership and a real damn good player
I can confirm that he still has a terrible QB a year later
3 of them were and one is currently the best in the league at their position. Greatness
You can just tell how polished Antonio is
a lot of the favorite trainers got their game from this video. real spill
Look for big years from all 4 of these guys. Man, Ocho Cinco might not be liked by many, but his love for the game is second to none. You gotta love his passion and the way he brings out the best in everybody.
was AB more than you expected?
on the field
@@_SayitAintSo AB was 1st ballot on the field as a Steeler. Once he left Pittsburgh, everything went downhill.
It was cool growing up, watching these guys :D
AJ's so quiet. He's awesome. Just puts his head down and works.
For all you youngsters...footwork as a WR is your number 1 development priority. Work on getting quick feet. This will help you get in/out your breaks, cuts, and top of routes. 2nd is route running 3rd Explosion of the line 4 Flexibility/Stretching (to prevent leg injuries)! Your welcome!
Andre Johnson is huge, lmao.
antonio brown is the most explosive
No shit, he's ten years younger than the other three guys.
Don't get butt-hurt for a simple observation. Keep your criticism on the couch bud
Uhhhhh, I believe you're mistaken. I'm not butthurt, nor was I criticizing. Not sure where you got any of that, but okay.
no he's just exploding nuts on backs
Santana's movement the cleanest
Ocho always ran the best routes.
AB always finishes his drills hard
Man Im happy these guys are willing to post their workouts, I often wonder what do these guys do to stay in shape, which is why I was on youtube looking up NFL workouts in the first place. I run miles and stuff but i think this quickness sprint training is better than just running 5 and 6 miles and such. I kinda want to B in shape like that.
I have a new found respect for DB's after watching this.
Everytime I come to this video I tell myself Andre did all the drills the smoothest.
so some of the greatest wide receivers are all practicing on one field together and no one is watching. These people just keep walking past them, I'm confused.
I guess they are used to it down there
See athletes all the time in Miami
All these guys brought their own flavor to the game!!!
Ocho has some quick as feet
I still come back to this a realize AB been money 😂
Chad is the reason I sound like I’m breaking all the bones in my feet while running routes
These drills legit make you faster and quicker!
Ocho said "got eem" on the air 💀 always open
andre johnson is huge and quick. damn. no wonder hes top 3 every year
***** na actually he leads the league behind Kendell Wright for most catches...like...every year.
***** Says the guy who can't even run? Andre is getting his wind back this year watch. Having a sorry qb and still putting up numbers is what he did and now he has Andrew Luck.
Who here 2019 look at Antonio brown !! Now !! Goddam work pays off
He’s a late bloomer. Just like Jordan.
GOOD STUFF OUT THERE!!! Keep doing ya thang Edy Bo!
these are all pros, but the one I would hate to man up on is Brown.. dude has insane lower body mechanics
Sam Johnson True but it dont matter what kind of leverage you got Andre will outmuscle you to to the ball and he got them strong ass hands so theres no punching that shit out
Chad's footwork is ridiculousness
Andre looks like a man beast..wow...Chad has not lost a step...this dude is unreal.
Three of the best to ever do it.
And Santana Moss.
madslochert That's funny, because last I checked Antonio had to kick punters in the face for extra yards and Ocho is in Canada. Tell us one good QB that Santana had?

madslochert Ocho is in Canada playing. Andre is in Indi with Luck and AB is going to decline because his QB is older than Auschwitz.
^ Both of your comments were stupid

Andre Johnson actually looks a bit like Joe Johnson from the NBA, are they related in some way?
Always will be my favorite receiver
they are all great for what they do chad foot work is beyond elite ab work ethics is beyond elite Andre is scary size n speed and moss will have u look crazy on the field
Their hips flexibility and foot speed is absolutely stunning. Don't normally get a chance to see it broken down like this.
I'm here in awe of how fast off the line they all are....
This maybe nearly two years old by now but this is something I keep trying to tell people. Great receivers have the least wasted movement. Jerry rice had near flawless movement. And was smooth out of his breaks. That one route AB ran was so sexy in the beginning of this video
@@gibster9624 1:01 The fluidity with which he made that cut. Ridiculous...
i remember when ocho cinco practiced on the beach. hence the reason his footwork was the best.
Ocho really did have crazy footwork. AB is also nice. Really wish he could have kept it together a few more years. He definitely has 1st ballot HOF talent.
Chad one of the best route runners in the NFL. Thats why his feet work is so good and quick.
Andre Johnson is a man amongst boys
Jesus Christ Andre Johnson big ass can move but Santana Moss lol. Anyway they all beastin those drills amazing to see wow.
Anyone have the layout for the drills..i.e. the breakdown of distance cones and foot movements..any info would help..
Thanks
Between 1-3 yards straight line cones
3-5 yards for the diamond cones depending on your comfort and skill level
GO Steelers!!!!!! I love it that these fellas are out here doin' their thang....I'm ready for some FOOTBALL!!!! Let's Get It!!!
Here after Devante Adams mentioned this video on club Shay Shay 😂😂
andre runs unreal routes his break is so quick
You know this is old just by looking at the length of Santana’s shorts
AB drills and routes are so crisp
I'll agree with you on that point. Some kids just want to live the lifestyle of a celebrity or an athlete without the hardwork that goes behind the scenes.
Idk what it is, but something about the music and their workout is really swagg
It funny how they all catch the ball and then they walk away, jogging slowly. Antonio catches the ball and is like "OH SHIT RUUUUUUUUUUN MF RUUUN". True hard worker and amazing talent.
Ochocinco footwork is so real
Chad on that cone drill insane
Ab was only special teams when this happened. Dude worked his fucking butt off
All these boys from Miami!
Santana Moss! #89,#21,#26, #HTTRFORLIFE
amazing how andre is so quick at his size
these guys are machines man. just watched rookies training. these ones here are almost two times faster. sick!
Chad Ochocinco growls everytime he runs a route lol.
Chad was showing everyone up in the foot drills.
Ab just built different 🔥
those footwork drills are hard af
Andre Johnson moves pretty well for being 6'3 225
AB's speed in this is insane bruh. Man he was good in his prime
randomly came across this video, i cant explain it but ab really looked and moved like a cheetah back then
This why AB prime was so good he actually cared and put the work in
back when Antonio brown was so many levels below these guys
fufuflavor gotta maintain what he's doing for quite awhile longer
fufuflavor he only better than Santana right now he can't touch Andre or ochocinco for his entire career those two are greats
boy you're on that shit. In his prime right now, he's on a different level.
Danny Wilson Jr.
Naw AB needs more years to be on Chad and Andre's level.
Marcus Middleton
Yep Chad is top 10 in history in route running. Definitely top 2-3 during his era. He ran some of the more crisp routes in the history of football.
Chad looks like he's gliding....... 🐐
chad has so much acceleration.
@2:18 EXCELLENT split release
Chad footwork shhheeeesh
Do the people walking around the track even realise the greatness on this field?
young ab putting in work 🔥🔥🔥
Andre Johnson is So HUGE he looks like a tight end or line backer ...SICK
Chad showing them how to do the cones drills . Goes to show why he was nice. He was ahead of the curve. Now everyone is doing this shit
ochocino's footspeed is out of this fuckin world
chads footwork is impressive
AB so quick and explosive

ALL OF EM SIIIIIIIIC WIT IT
Chad will be missed in league funny dude. And tonio got that work fork any corner
Ochocincos footwork speed 😱😱
Santana Moss center of gravity is crazy. he turns on a dime.
