getting back into carp fishing after so many years and the advice spooner gives its great and easy to follow, can sit and watch him all day long and i cant wait to get back into it
See you can do enjoyable vlogs without Sad-Act, I noticed it was tips down through the night and the honesty of your casting out during the night results - hats off to you..
Noticed you keep your spod already rigged up and attached. Any other hacks you and the guys have to save you time or space when preparing for a session?
Really enjoy your vlogs Neil You always seem to pull it out the bag no matter what , so we’ll done. But when will the Camo luggage be available to the rest of us
A RUNNING lead clip set up with TUBING is particularly dangerous. The tubing with it's low diameter can easily get clogged up and will prevent the mainline from running through the tubing. The lead will become fixed on the mainline therefore impossible for the carp to get rid of the lead. Test every set up before casting out.
I’ll take your point on board buddy but the inner bore on the dark matter tubing is large enough to take much thicker line than I’m using. It’s incredibly free running at all times 👍
I couldn't tell what size from the short clip. I got the 150 for longer trips but the one you had looked ideal for shorter sessions. Like I say, crackin vlog, gl for rest of the year
Absolutely fantastic video as always 😁 Can anyone tell me what mainline he's using in this video ? It looks like fluorocarbon and I want to change over to it
Hi neil question about your rods .. i believe your using the kiazen rods which ones are you using for example lenght and test curve ?? Because im thinking of getting a set but need a rod that can cast a 130 yards but also work well close in as i really worried about hook pulls very worried...
@@tylerdennehy5993 well yeah there is. But if you've got the most confidence in a rig why would you change it. Its about your catch rate not how many different rigs you can use.
I get what you’re saying mate as we do go on about it A LOT! However, when you believe you have the most effective rig on the planet and confidence being key, I just don’t use that much else all that often. 👍
Confidence is key and having a rig fishing effectively is key spinners work in low lying weed silt etc if Neil was fishing in a lot of weed he’d probably be on different rigs certain rigs for different venues
Spotted the new finger stall you kept on (clever advertising).
Anyway it worked, I went and bought one today!

Great video
What with the QVC shopping music lol
Good video, but crayfish are hybernating at this cold temprature.
They were active in the edge buddy and one of my rigs came back with the tail runner cut and the link nicked. Were deffo up and about here 👍
Harry spodder does it again, just wish they were a bit longer Spooner
Is that a camo rod bag??? WHENS IT RELEASING
Coming soon……
Wicked
Always thought it was 1ft for every 4ft of depth. No wonder I'm not getting any bites 😂
Hook is bent 3:56
Spoons you are the man ya vlogs always deliver mate 🤙🏻btw wen is the camo luggage coming I’m eagerly waiting too watch 🔥
Won’t be much longer mate…..
Can you do some underwater canal fishing cheers
Nice video, just think, if you had used the stiff hinge rig, you could of caught a couple more 😉
Spinner rig is as Efficient its aggressive turns instantly
Great Vlog spoons. Consistent angling as always!
Random question but what gram weights do you use on your Stow indicators and why?
Cheers 🎣
Noticed you keep your spod already rigged up and attached.
Any other hacks you and the guys have to save you time or space when preparing for a session?
None that jump to mind mate, anything I do is always covered in these and other videos though
I’ll keep a look out. Cheers mate
Is the camo rod bag a new product soon to be released?
Can only seem to find the light brown rod bags.
Won’t be long buddy. Out later this year
When is the bag u had your singles due out
Soon hopefully mate!!
Really enjoy your vlogs Neil
You always seem to pull it out the bag no matter what , so we’ll done. But when will the Camo luggage be available to the rest of us
Thank you mate and it won’t be much longer…..
What rod holders are they lads?
Singlez system buddy
I never have problems with crayfish in February. They're supposed to lay almost dormant in the winter?
They were active in the edge after darkness so I thought it better to be safe than sorry
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Love the vlog videos but does anyone else find the music is a little too loud sometimes
Wanna turn the music up little more can’t hear spoons
What are the parts used in that running rig?
Is that a new singlez bag I see?
Yep, won’t be long buddy…..
@@Spoons-iy3zp makes sense! One of the things that did my head in when I had singelz having to pack them fully down again

Cracking vid. Is that the tempest bivvy? If it is, is it the 100 or 150?
It’s the 100 Bivvy mate 👍

Fairly certain he’s using Kontour 15lb or 18lb… Neil’s pretty good at replying in here so I’m sure he will confirm
@@lewisporter5666 cheers pal, I thought it was, not much else he can use to be fair, but better to check
It’s actually 20lb longchuck buddy
@@Spoons-iy3zp thank you 😁
Another good video though

Nice video spooner i love to watch your video’s but which weighing bag do you use?
Question spoons where you said every 3 ft off water take a foot off what happens if it 7 to 8ft
Great vlog 👍🏻
terrible annoying music 🙉💩
Please don't use a running lead clip set up with tubing.
Refer to Matthew Collins "Stop using lead clips like this". Carp safety must come first
I just wish the clothing was slightly bigger for the bigger people
Just need to point out these are stock fish and in normal circumstances ya really wouldnt put this much feed in
It’s a well stocked venue that’s for sure buddy. 👍👍
Can’t you use a different rig then the spinner rig all the time
Why fix something that's not broken 😂
@@michaelhills1063 All I’m saying is surely there is other Rigs out there to use Isn’t there
