Turkish Airlines is one of my preferred airlines but I choose not to fly business class with Turkish after a few trips I had on J class with them was underwhelming.
Yes, they do offer pajamas on all long haul flights. In case if they don't proactively offer you one, ask for a pair of slippers and it comes together with pajamas in one package. You can also get it from the Doha lounge staff if you choose to go for a shower.

@@juliusc5531 Yes, you can keep the pajamas and they will throw them away if you leave them on the plane. As for the lounge, I prefer the garden lounge over the main business lounge as it is less crowded, cozier, and offers the same food and drink options.
@@TripandTravels Another RUclipsr was asked to remove their video because ‘filming was prohibited’. They went as far as contacting RUclips. In reality they were just mad that his video didn’t paint them in the best light. He highlighted that the airline has no problem with the hundreds of other positive videos like this one. 😂
