It’s much better to do 60 strength,( for all raging bull talents), then 60 fort, then do 80 willpower so you have more chances to get piercing will. Million ton piercer is guaranteed once you have all its pre requisites since it’s advanced
Although Vesperian is the top pick, it isn't needed. It is still very possible to make this build with something like a Celtor which has charisma when it's not necessary on this build, however if you don't want to over-complicate the steps to recreate the build, races like Gremor or Vesperian would be your best bet.

Not really, no, Vesperian grants natural armor so it's just better for pve as you take less damage.
